Worse experience. Staffs here are the really unprofessional. We ordered for tandoori roti, paneer butter masala, chicken lababder. They didn't behave properly to provide us with extra tandoori roti we ordered after ordering the main course.Even the upi doesn't work here. You have to carry cash / card for payment.

Today was my second time visiting this place. The overall atmosphere is very good as a family restaurant. The staff is well mannered and the food is good both quality and price wise. And the communication is also good.

Stewart behaviour is not so good.
They provide wrong order, and make prank like we are their friends or something. Overall experience is not good. Food quality is poor according the price.

Staff service - not up to the mark , we told them to serve 7 glass of normal cold drinks and they took almost half an hour for this while there was no other customers !

Ambience - Calm and good
Food quality - Good quality , delicious and fresh food
Price - worthy and ok

Entrance - Upstairs are very much high..

Food quality not so good.I found hair on my 2 dishes.I bought mutton biriyani from city club and the mutton piece was very bad,there was a bad smell coming from the piece.
They should maintain the quality.

Extremely harrowing experience with lackluster services being offered. Nearby hotels at stone throw distances offer much better service and hospitality. Dirty bedsheets, dirty blankets are a part of the regime. Not to forget their lack of professionalism when it gets to operating a hotel. They close their gates at a specific time and open their gates, not before 8.30 am in the morning, just like operating a hostel. I understand that my benchmarking happens to be for tier one cities but this was way beyond small town levels of service. Chinsurah is no longer a quaint small town where such service and lack of hospitality will be appreciated.

stayed 3 nights. Lift is for show piece. Toilet is worse.Leakage of water from cistern of commode.Most horrible thing is that there is person at reception at night. You will be locked from every where. As per their specified time morning get will open. Meanwhile if necessary you will not go out.

Tasty food & it's quality,i liked it soo much due to its delicious food and it is veg restaurant with good quality 😋
