Room is super perfect according to price but room service is very bad unhygienic especialy washrooms guy who comes to clean is very unpolite and undisciplined instead give replys to guest when told to clean room security guy is very polite and honest and well disciplined good behaviour delay meal service and very high cost

because now i call to receiption one person take call they told me room available.but when i told my location naihati he cut my call.. shameless behaviour..

Very bad experience with this hotel's reception. He is very rude over phone. He need to be polite in talk. After all he is giving services by taking money

Recently had lunch here. Quality of the food & service was great.

A nice place to stay, delicious food and above all the owner and staffs are very helpfull.

Price high but Food quantity very bad also taste... 3 rd class...please don't eat here...so bekar

Rent is too much according to the room quality. Yes I can understand that place is under development. But still. where oyo providing B grade room in 1100/1200 they are proving D grade room in 1400. But thanks god. Our AC was working Fine. Then If we talk about food, Masala Dhosa Rs- 70/- but Not even up to the mark. 🤦🤦🤦 I like to suggest you if you are in chuchura then must visit Suvodeep Hotel. Their cooking is simply wow.
