Well, I don't have any experience regarding rooms , but Regarding the restaurant food we had a very nasty experience. I can understand it's a 3 star Restaurant but who sells Kinley 1 ltr water bottle for 100 bucks ? They have served a biriyani plate that wasn't a biriyani eventually .For your kind information, If you mix ALU & Chicken With rice and add some fragrance , masala , it isn't biriyani !

Good hotel. Rooms are quite spacious and clean. Breakfast spread is also very good. Food taste and proportion both are good.

This is a nice decent hotel in the area. I want to provide special recognition to Sourabh Mosal. He is part of restaurant and room service team. He is very hardworking, honest and diligent. He understands customer needs and thinks intelligently. He is asset of your team. I also want to appreciate Shubham who serves in Vista. He is very efficient and good person. He serves very nicely. The third good person in this team is Kunal Konar. When it comes to serving and preparing food as per client needs and taste then he is expert. After I met him, he ensured each time food was well prepared, tasty and even took care of our fasting days. These 3 people are gems of your hotel. Please give them rewards and promotions. Rest was OK.

Pros-Amazing ambience 🔥 Great place to organize any kind of marriage ceremony , birthday party or any other type of family gathering ..... U can also book rooms here Hygiene is well mentioned Staffs are well trained like professionals nd also polite in nature
Cons- Price is little bit high otherwise overall it's one of the best hotel in asansol

This is a very good hotel. Rooms are clean and big. Staff is helpful and polite. Next to shopping mall and in the city center.

The buffet system was not worth ₹599 at Panache, with a very limited amount of veg / non veg food items, that too was getting cold really quick. Not much impressed. 👎

The coordination to handle huge amount of guests is just superb. World class decorated Hall's... Cozy sitting facilities.. Wide range of cousins... Assistant nd waiter service is Appriciatable... And finally free parking with all security arrangements is no doubt star rated.
