Worst experience with Oyo. I booked a room for 730, and at the reception they told the room was not available for that price, new price is 1200. Such a ridiculous behaviour. They are just joking with us. We had to wait for more than 30 mins for the manager to arrive and then also she started bargaining the price. That means the price shown to us in the Oyo app was just useless. This never happened to me with Oyo(had booked 5 hotels prior). Really not expected this. They are scamming us.

On the day of arrival they scammed us. A person called me and said he is from oyo and to pay the total amount instantly or cancel the booking bcoz there are guests waiting bcoz its Durga puja time. And the hotel manager was a lady who had all our details our booking id remaining amount that she gave to the scammer. Then he gave me qr code and I paid but when we arrived the lady manager said that they never called us for payment and Oyo call center people have scammed you bcoz they give your details to scammers. Then we had to pay again bcoz there was no option left. They did this to most of the customers a nearby grocery store people told us.

Now about the hotel...rooms are very small congested electric sockets were broken ac was making too much noise. Staffs are very rude. They took 3 hours to change a bedsheet. When we asked for lunch they said they only have puri sabji. When we got our food from outside they didn't allowed it. I mean what to do then. Location is very scary I mean there are hardly any people residing there. It's almost an abandoned place. We were here for durga puja and on first day we came at 2.30 am. Gates were closed no one was responding. I jumped the wall and called a staff then we came to our room at 3.15 am.

And all these 5 star reviews are fake...if you don't believe me then go to this hotel, get scammed, harassed. And Oyo should take action against them and refund my money ASAP.

Pathetic experience. Staffs are unprofessional. They don't have basic manners . They charged extra double amount than the booked amount. Ac was not working. I had to call to the reception thrice for help with ac and tv as both of these were not working. But the reception lady was rude and ignored completely. Then I had to personally visit reception post that she came and checked and then there was no solution. I asked for room change but that also they didn't provided. Worst experience. Oyo your every hotels are doing the same thing. Charging excessive amount than the booking amount and providing pathetic service. Please upgrade your hotels or ban these pathetic hotels completely. This hotel is no service provider. They only charged double . That's it.

We reached the hotel and waited there for more than half an hour but the hotel was busy with the couples. When our turn came to register our name. They charged us more many than the booking amount showed in OYO. We then decided to change our hotel itself, and not with their help. I CAN ONLY SAY FROM OUR EXPERIENCE THAT, THIS HOTEL SEEMS QUITE GOOD ONLY FOR COUPLES NOT FOR FAMILIES.

Full PREPAID Booking but in time of check-in hotel asking for ₹4000 extra for 2 days Deluxe Room. I said my full payment was ₹2100 with all Discounts & Offers, already paid in time of booking through the Oyo app. They said, our charges are High & we are processing for Breakup with OYO. So if you want to stay here then pay ₹4000 extra otherwise we'll cancel your booking..
I called OYO, at last they suggested to cancel Booking BUT FAMILY HOLIDAY, unknown City, at last I had to pay ₹3500 Extra on spot, Total ₹5600 for a Deluxe Room for 2 days .
Small size Rooms Not so Good like Deluxe, Staff behaviour is very aggressive and insulting especially the Manager Madam . The food prices are high according to quality is very cheap . Wifi Not working, AC sounds Noisy, The location is very odd, interior from main road, not a single Residence is there except a pan shop.. Scary situation with family. Really my holiday was spoiled. Shameful to OYO.

Through the app i have booked the classic room at 750/- with offer applied. But on phone call they have charged a total amount of 1400/- for the same which i have paid at hotel at the time of check in. Apart from this i liked the foods served. People are polite. Room was not cleaned properly. Bathroom was good. Window curtain was dirty. Dustbin was too dirty. Room was smelling bad. AC having unpleasant noise. Location is good.

First of all they charged extra money for rooms while we checked in. Oyo showing there price but they are not giving rooms on that amount. Foods are not available what we are looking (Basic Indian food). The restaurants menu is very high price to others oyo. Room services are not good. Staff behaviour was not good at all.

Worst experience ever... Frawd hotel... They charged extra 500 as I paid them the required money at the time of booking...they told that the rooms are full... As I booked the room 10 days before the check-in date... Worst room quality untidy aswell... Least Recommend hotel in Entire East India. Worst Experience in the history of Oyo...
