Customer friendly management staffs and receptionist.
No seperate fooding facility, barely manage customer's requests.
Taste and quality of food is excellent.
Rooms are clean but not well maintained.
Ac remotes and wall plugs are non functional. So forget about charging phones or other necessary gadgets. Stained Bedding.
Cash only payment.

It was a wonderful stay for us. Hotel staffs are very good and they will help you in any need. Rooms are good and beds are super comfortable. Bathrooms are cleaned and everything there was working very well. The location of this oyo is also a plus point. Hope to visit there soon. 😊

The hotel has no management the waiters are manning the reception and the hotel. Very rude staff the kitchen is run according to their wish and you will get lunch or dinner if you are lucky otherwise it is a refusal no your face further the rooms are not cleaned daily. I am an Oyo customer from past three years but have not seen a hotel of this standard Oyo will soon loose its reputation

1. no OYO signboard infront of appartment.so after gettting out from cab,called them,after several try,one person received and told to wait 5min..but surprisingly 15min gone,he not came out of the building.and we have to enter in the building without knowing it is the booked apartment or not
2. no person at Reception instead of Room cleaner,so their i have to wait again.
3.few Room was vaccant,but they did not allow us to early checkin with 30% extra charge
4.First Room provided was completely different,what shown in picture. very small,dirty.After much request they changed the room and gave a room little bigger than previous one. but not the room ahown in picture. NO BALCONY too.
5. BedCover ,pillow cover all was dirty.looks they do not wash it regularly.even BLOOD SPOT(maybe of Women Periods) in Bed Sheet. asked to change,but they told they do not have substitute.used our own bedsheet
6. For water long time to wait for room service
7. it seems they wanted not to provide Breakfast. asked them,but they replied whether it is really included,asked me to check again
8. the room provided maybe was just beside the Staff Room,the staff residing here was talking to his Girlfriend taking the phone in loudspeaker like nonsense,making our stay too much uncomfortable.
9.at the time of CHECKOUT they forced us to give 5star rating in front of receptionist. though we cleverly made our way from there.NOW I CAME TO KNOW HOW THIS HOTEL GET THIS MUCH RATING.
I get trapped by this way of wrongful Rating.

STAYING IN THIS HOTEL IS A FULL WASTE OF MONEY.

Located in a residential area, it is cheap and comfortable for one or two nights stay. Few meters away from Karunamoyee Bus Stand, Petrol pump no. 9, Sector 2. The staff is cool, friendly and helpful. Food is home cooked and delicious too.. overall, I had a pleasant stay. They could actually hire couple of cabs for their guests as for new people, it might be a mess circuling Sector 2.

Worst and horrible hotel. No option for breakfast.only bread and butter. Bad smell comes from room. Bathroom condition is bad.switch board is not working. Single blanket is provided for double occupancy. Bedsheet is dirty.

What has happened to me Should not be happening to anyone. I booked the Hotel for INR 999 and paid INR 249. When I reached to the Reception for paying the rest INR 750, they have asked me to pay INR 1095. I was surprised, I called the Customer care. What I came to know was surprising and a mischievous act by the hotel. They have added INR 345 as CAB CHARGES as PROPERTY TAX which I have not availed.
Why I am sure about all this because I was there in the hotel one day ago and extended my stay and all this mischief has happened in front of me. Customer care took 1 hour to resolve the issue and finally reduced the money and made it 750.

I suggest all of that -
1. Don't Pay the Hotel at their UPI QR. Rather pay through OYO app.
2. If in case they ask you money more than what you have booked for call the customer care and complain.
3. Don't Rate them before Checking Out.
4. After checking out when i tried to Rate my stay on OYO App, I could get the option as the hotel has done early checkout for me so that I cannot Disclose their mischievous act. So I am writing review here at Google.

I won't suggest you to choose this hotel due to the bad experience I have had. I went their from Jharkhand and for a tourist it's traumatising to get trapped into such situation.

Very bad rooms unhygienic washroom staff behever is very bad dirty wall dirty washroom AC not works proprly n the the room service r bad. I forgot to take my dress Then I called the hotel and they said We have cleaned the room we can't back We couldn't find anything. I mean seriously this kind of service OYO provided? Totally disappointed
