The first thing I liked the gesture of the front desk executive who was very polite and cooperative ( we arrived an hour early and we had to go for shopping so kept our bags at the reception which he allowed and kept it securely untill we came back by the evening and checked in). The staffs were also very cooperative ( we went to pub and came early morning and just after a call they open the gate for us). The room was also very well furnished with neat and cleanliness at this price. Everything was allowed like smoking, bringing alcohol or food from outside which no hotels allow who has their kitchen. Overall experience was very very good and would recommend everyone.

I mean we got the room for 1100 taka per night. So considering this, there are little room for complaints. But, the bed was uncomfortable and made a lot of awkward noises when you move. The staff behavior is extremely unprofessional. But the location is in a somewhat good area. Can easily get ahold of taxi/public transportation.

I had a bad experience here. Rooms are not well maintained, bad shaped, damaged and when you compare it with the money you are paying, you will find it wastage of money. It's not value for money. Staffs are polite only during check-in post that you might face difficulty dealing with them. I would like to add one major point. THEY ARE LAIR. I have asked for invoice during check-in, they said I'll get it during check-out. During check-out they denied and they said I'll be receiving it over email. But it never happened. After calling them to get invoice they said..." WE DON'T PROVIDE INVOICE IF IT'S A PHYSICAL CHECK IN NOT VIA WEBSITE". Be very careful when you enter this place.

They refuse complimentary breakfast, rooms are filthy, super cramped, have no lifts, charge extra for check-in and their small tea costs Rs. 50. Suggest to strongly avoid booking this property and book other feasible, cleaner options

Stayed here for 4 days. With Oyo booking, as soon as we reached they told us that there has been a change in the room fare even though we have fully paid through Oyo. So we paid extra because we were just too tired.

Second, we requested the blankets to be changed everyday and was not changed. It was just disgusting.

Third, geyser is there for the aesthetic.

The staff wasn't that bad but the experience made it so much unsatisfactory.

Maintenance of the room, Bed and blankets is very bad. Very poor response from the hotel management for the customers needs. Dish TV not recharged even after repeated request. Hotel management is concerned about money but not for the comfort stay of the customers. Dish TV is provided for the name sake. Some rooms are not having setup box. All together the stay experience is very Bad. I don't suggest this property to any one. OYO should think about continuing this property.

I experienced very bad room service, along with that the room was too dirty and not hygienic. Bedsheets was dirty and smelling bad. Television was not functioning and AC was also in bad condition. Kindly improve these things for better convenience of customers. As outside foods are not allowed inside the hotel room, they must improve the quality of indoor foods. Water supply wasn't in time.

Ok first of all we stayed 3 nights there, room i got is small type, couples can manage with it. Then they have kitchen but they cost high but food is tasty and worthy. Staff and manager behaviour is good. They are strictly follow 12pm checkin and 11am checkout however we checked out on 11:30. For tourist here is the guidance Only drink mineral water, always purchase 2 litter bottle for better savings Try to travel in bus and metro. Or want luxury then Uber but don't use local taxies they cost too much for no worth Food is too costly in whole Kolkata so if you want to try fast food, then try with street food they take low cost and give better taste then others who have high cost at their resturants. One more thing don't buy or eat from special places like science City or something else because they take too much charge and their taste is too worst.
