Regenta Inn Larica

I stayed here for 1 week straight. It also has a great pool on the terrace. The service was not so great. I had to call for hot water at reception and even the water bottles and towels were not replaced sometimes. You need to call them for one or other things needed in the room. Basically housekeeping is not so great at work.
Otherwise the stay was smooth. I could get outside food and also park my vehicle outside. The AC worked great and the reception people specifically were helpful. The location is great too.

Location is convenient. Morning shift Reception staff is humble. Rooms are average spacious.
Linens are okay, some have stains on them but the staff was courteous and changed them.
Bathroom amenities are just soap and shampoo, which are not of good quality.
Hot water was not available. Night shift Reception staff was rude and argued with us.
There was no fan in our room.
Morning breakfast does not have much variety and is average.

1. No hot water supply during winter. (only in morning for 2 hrs)
2. Delay in room service
3. Room illumination improper
4. AC directly above head leading to discomfort
5. Non co-operative staff
6. Asking guest to vacate room early for other customers
7. Phone charger lost from room and was not returned.
8. Excuses for their inefficiencies are at their finger tips.
9. Keeping guest awaited unnecessarily for room allocation even reaching after check in time.

Later found many good hotels at vicinity. Was extremely unlucky to have booked such a property and still regretting having doing so.

Rooms are good but not worthy as per the cost. Toilet/bathroom design is weird and stupid. The location is very close to the airport and surrounded by nice restaurants. A couple of reception staff were rude and unprofessional.

It was just horrible. There were no staff to welcome us or help us. There were no room heater in the room and the bed was not well pillow cover are so unclean.
There were no water geyser in the bathroom. And the resturant staff had no manners how to give service to there guest. Manager's behaviour was so rude and all restaurants staff are so lazy and food tastes was not good.

Poor hospitality. You will have to call up multiple times, follow up frequently for a simple room service request. Extremely rude staff. You will never feel like you are a guest here. The staff behaves as if they are doing you a favour. I was here for a work visit, for about a week but there was no wifi available throughout.
Food quality is below average.

Extremely poor service, poor behaviour of staff, no WiFi facility during my 5 day visit, pool is in poor condition, receptionist fat man has zero manners. If there's an option for a 0 rating, I've been marked that for this useless hotel.

horrible experience from regenta inn larica hotel *not deserve for 3* hotel why I will explain poin by poin. (1) Hot water not available. when we ask for it they told us : provide in bucket only. (2) towel & bedsheet is worst which I never ever seen. (3) for breakfast not an hygiene & good also not a good option. availability issue is also face all the days. (4) I don't understand why regenta orchid collaborate with this type of cheap hotelier who pulldown the name of regenta. (5) staff is not co-operative.
