Stay was good, staff polite, check in -out smooth, food quality average a bit oily, but they try to offer the best. TV old fashioned, AC not properly functioning. Rooms clean and hygienic. Map direction is misleading.

The rooms are big and polite staffs. Otherwise don't expect much. Not many options for food. Good option for middle class and lower middle class.

We had a pathetic experience at the hotel. We were there for a 3 night stay so we paid 50% amount in advance. The ac remote was not working the entire night, and there was no staff at night for help. The mattresses are so hard that my 10 month baby, my wife coudn"t sleep the entire night. So we checked out the next morning and asked to return for the excess payment but till date(ten days later) we haven't received any help as they had promised that we will get the amount in 24 hours time. The manager from treebo with whom we were in touch have stopped responding to my calls now.

I have never seen such type of 3star hotel in my life. Hotel staffs behavior was untollerable. I stayed in this hotel for 15 days, they came for cleaning only 1 day. They didn't provided proper breakfast as it was compulsory. After asking for breakfast, they misbehaved with us.
If you are looking for hotel in kolkata,than never go for this hotel. This hotel is very unhygienic hotel, actually this is not a 3-star hotel,this is a guest house.....You will feel like you are staying in a guest house or pg.

It's one of the best places to stay, the staff is very professional and well trained.. food quality is awesome and cleanliness is up to the mark .. I have visited this place many times .. I will recommend every one for the same .. it's closer to city centre 1 mall and metro station... I appreciate the service of one of their staff names Sadan.. very good .. I wish them all the best for their endeavours..

Just OK if you want hotel in Salt Lake. Limited breakfast and dining service available. Rooms are ok.

Negatives: The room was smelly and with lot of mosquitoes. The sunblind wasn't sufficient to cover light in early mornings. The check in experience was not ideal. The hotel asked for our marriage certificate, we didn't have it handy and had to show our wedding pics. Could have informed this earlier when I spoke to Treebo a couple of times. Okayish place overall but never to be considered as a 3star hotel as mentioned in Google reviews. Also, there are 2 Treebo Trend Sreema fairly closer to each other - so had issues in finding the right one. Positives: Location was good with easy access to cabs and autos.Bathroom was clean and maintained well Staff were helpful.Breakfast was ok and minimal
