I visited this hotel during my last visit to the city. They offer some amazing rooms with balcony. Rooms here are well maintained and properly sanitised. It is also easy to locate via public transport. A great place.

I visited this hotel with my family and was not at all disappointed. It is an amazing place with efficient and hard working staff members. Rooms are well maintained and well furnished. Being accessible by public transport is an added advantage.

I was given a brightly lit room after a smooth check-in. Rooms had all the basic amenities required. Hygiene and safety protocols were strictly followed by the staff members. It is a decent place to visit.

That was the worse hotel. I could not find the owner even after waiting for 30 min in complete darkness and mosquitos. some boys came and asked me to accompany them in a clumsy ground floor room,which refused.The Mobile tower was absent so I could not contact you. The front of the property was full of construction materials and dirty.I request you to refund the full amount as that hotel was completely unfit for check in.Further they promised first floor AC room but asked me to stay in non ac g floor room. I was asked to pay double the amount you offered for that stay of two days.They refused to offer me that 1st floor ac room even when I agreed to pay as demanded during phone conversation with the owner.Some how I managed to return to city with the help of an kind auto driver and got booking at Hotel Dooars Mountain by paying much higher rate.

the room was confortable and the bathroom big and with a shower.The check-in was a nightmare, we arrive at 1 am, and they almost didn't let us in, (2 days before I text them about my arrival time). The guard open but he didn't have the keys to the room, and after many calls where they kept asking if I had a reservation (when I even had pay beforehand) the send us to sleep in a shared room with the guard, the beds didn't have sheets... the next day they keep asking about the reservation and it took a long time to finally get the private room we paid for... terrible experience.

Very bad experience. Don't go this home stay. OYO room showing price 620 rs per day but today reached 1.30pm hotel manager told me extra 500 rs given them. This is my 1st experience . very very poor mentality .
