Comfortable resort. Beds are nice, soft and bouncy! The rooms are clean and every room seems to have really good views. The staff at the hotel are polite and courteous. They also offer customized trips for sightseeing in and around Darjeeling. Highly Recommended

Hotel rooms were quite good but service was terrible. Specially the food one. Not sufficient service was provided. TVs were not available for using. Hotel did not do anything even after requesting. On top of that there is one specific employee named Kanchan with a bizzare attitude. He was mainly appointed to the kitchen and serving. We had a lot of trouble when it comes to food. There was not sufficient food for people. When asked about this he refused to accept his fault, started argue with my brother, uncle and father and cursed at my uncle. The experience was terrible as tourist for us.

In this hotel rooms are quite ok but here have one of staff his name is Kanchan, he is a very rogue and dishonest person. He basically working on kitchen area. We were booked this hotel as packages service for 4 days 3 nights. After two days suddenly Kanchan called my father for negotiated with their food services but my father’s said your services was very bad like if we ask some extra bread or rice, dal, etc. and snacks as per your package service but you can't serve us then this food service person abuse my father, mother and my another family members and he tried almost shoving us. These was a horrible experienced us in this hotel. Next day we leaved this hotel go another place.

Great place to stay in Darjeeling. Kanchenjunga view is available from room veranda. Service is also good. Staffs are very cooperative. Food provided by them is nice. Darjeeling mal is 7-10min walking distance from this hotel. Thanks.

The hotel is situated behind the Darjeeling SP office. It is in the same building that of Kathmandu Kitchen. The entrance towards the hotel is by the stairs downward opposite from SBI Darjeeling branch and then the first right turn.

The hotel is at 2nd floor, no lift, but stairs are not too steep. The reception is basic, clean. Not much staff was around. The rooms are clean, most of them have a balcony with a view. The rooms have geyser in their attached bathroom. An in-house resturant is available where foods are to be pre-ordered, but I found the rates a tad higher. The bed is comfortable. Chairs and open cupboard is there, electric kettle is also there, but no complementary tea kit or water was provided.
It is a hotel with not too much noise, good room rate, and walkable distance (4-5 mins from Keventers).

This is not a good hotel to stay at in Darjeeling. Rooms are okay. But no room service is available. They will not provide any drinking water, so you have to buy that from outside the hotel. Often, water supply and geyser facilities are turned off. The hotel staff will not be available whenever you need them.

Last 24th December to 28th December I was in Central inn
hotel in darjeeling with my 29 members including two children aged 3 years and 4 years. There Mr. Gokul Dey and his family smilingly gave service to us from breakfast to dinner. Rooms are with excellent views. They provide us very convenient package including njp. to njp. pick up and drop. Food also very good and homely cooked.
