Complete review: if u book online u will not get a very good welcome & services. And even u will not get the tea bags,sugar & milk powder sachets. No lifts. Rooms are good. View is cool. Location is nice. Bt room wise cost higher. Will not recommend this hotel as u will get better ones in this range.

Do not recommend at all.
My first issue was they asked for passports while checking in which is quite normal for any hotel. But the attendent told me they will keep the passports for the day and return them the next day. Eventhough i wanted to provide xerox copy of passport and visa they were reluctant to keep the copy and they wanted to keep the original copy. Throughout my travel experience of several countries no hotel has ever wanted to keep my original passport. Normally they take xerox copy or they scan the passports and visa during check in for hotel formalities. As i did not let them keep my original documents i had a heated conversation with the attendent. Finally they agreed to take xerox copy but throughout my stay of 1 day they made their grudge against me very clear through their attitude.
Some other points:
1. Geysar has time limit (7-9 am and 7-9 pm) for use and controlled by hotel stuff.
2. Location is good.
3. Room quality average. Better deal in same price is available.
4. Cleanliness is below average.

N.B: They offer free coffe if you post fake reviews and show them the screenshot of the fake 5* review. Evidence as attached.

Very poor service. We paid all amount in advance as per their request. Then they disappear, don't pick up call, don't provide any amenities and don't even respond when we visit the reception. 😠😠
Don't recommend anyone to choose this hotel.

Best stay in Darjeeling

One of the best hotel in Darjeeling at prime location just opposite to Ramada which is the desired location of every tourists. Rooms are very well decorated, specious and view from some rooms are excellent specially back side rooms are excellent to see Kanchenjangha in clear sky. Staffs are very polite and hospitality of this hotel is great. All over the hotel owner is a great person. He is that kind of man who never thing as a business always think all tourist as guests. He is really a nice person. Here restaurant is also available on roof top and food quality is decent.
I am very pleased to stay in this hotel and wish to stay after also.

One of the nice hotels in Darjeeling. Located just opposite of Kunga or Ramada. 5 minutes walking distance from Darjeeling Clock Tower . Nice hotel.... liked it ! There's a cafe attached to this hotel. One can have a burger and pastries there !! The service of the cafe is really good and the ambience is beautiful !! Loved it !

The rooms were cosy with soft beds and a spacious bathroom. However, the water fittings are a bit problematic.

Worst experience ever .. I travelled Many times many places, and many hotels , theirs hospitality and behavior so poor.. if you want to experience worst service , then come here..
And before your reservation here, think 1000 times
