well this hotel was a true surprise. clean rooms with amazing view of the city. very spacious and clean bathrooms . Excellent staff very polite friendly and helpful with any queries or kitchen service. thanks for making the stay comfortable for our family.

The room that we had booked was very congested one and not as per the photos given on Travel aggregator websites. Don't get fooled by the photoshoppped images.

The linen and the pillow covers were no clean. The person tried 3-4 linens but all of them were having stains. Even the curtains were so dirty that we had to ask the housekeeping to change the curtains as well.

Finally the hotel provided us an upgrade. One star is just for this, otherwise this hotel doesn't even deserve this rating.

The location of this hotel was on a ONE WAY. So to reach the hotel, we had to take a 3.5KM round trip.

Worst experience ever. Dirty rooms and shady hotel. The staff is unapologetic rude. Rooms have no amenities and lack basic cleanliness and hygiene. The hotel building looks clumsy, mysterious and under construction. Feel cheated by GoIbibo and Oyo. Do not recommend this property at all. In fact after this experience never ever going to book any oyo property in my life.

Basic hygiene and amenities were missing. Although we were here for one night we could hardly digest the dirt and filth we had to sleep in. The linens had holes, lipstick marks, curtains were greased as if hands were wiped. Dirtiest of the dirty hotel. Oyo is highly disappointing.

It’s not worth it. Beds have bedbugs and don’t even expect any service. Bathrooms stink. The staff came stoned when we called to replace the mattress.

In one word ‘CHEAP’. No one cares to pick up your luggage, Nobody was at the reception even I called before coming. Stairs and Corridor floor are dirty and cheap in appearance. The room has dirty blankets, The noisy and cheap springs in the bedding will give you back pain. Room service is really bad. You have to literally find them to serve you. The only positive is the view and market location. Its a complete waste of such a big property. The owner seriously needs to rethink about the cleanliness, staff and renovation.

Location is nearby Nanda devi temple , Lala Bazar But service was worst , cleanliness is poor , Not all food available given in menu, Tv not operating, Room service Line not working, No Wi Fi
