Hotel Uday Residency, Rudrapur.

The stay was comfortable. Food and breakfast is amazing apart from the tea. Please improve the quality of tea☺. Need to improve much on wifi connectivity. It's not good. Even the power back up turns on after few minutes which should not be there in hotel. staffs are cooperative and friendly.

Hotel is awesome.
Staff is polite and quick Services are offered..
But u have to pay delivery charge for every restaurant order for your room service that needs to be look over..

Rooms size is very good but many seapge inside the walls, tv is not functioning
Food quality is just average

Staff is supporting but it administration issue

Always book for marriage function so guest got distrubance during the night due to laud noise

Worst front desk service you can expect from a '4star property'. The front office staff handed us the keys and didn't even bother to tell us the direction of the lift or where our room was in a 80 room hotel. Some staff helping us to our room was just too much to expect. It took us at least half an hour to reach our room after entering the hotel, which at that time had no other guest to attend at the front office. The lift doesn't work. The kitchen staff doesn't deliver the entire food order without any prior information. Overall, a very bad experience. Don't recommend it. Breakfast buffet was below average.

The only pro was that the room was spacious and after visiting 5 rooms, found one that didn't smell.

Specious rooms is the only positive part of the property else a pathetic staff in terms of service and unprofessional behavior with customers. The worst part is their admn. manager (Ms. Chandni) who was vigorously shouting with their kitchen staff and it was sounding to its restaurant guests. Disturbance to room guests from a loud DJ down stairs during sleeping hours, poor internet, malfunctioning of elevator, enormous delay in room service are the few points faced during my 2 day stay.

Rooms are good, we stayed for a night, lift didn't work, breakfast served had stale sambhar, room door was weak, room was damp.

It is on kiccha rudrapur highway. It s just opposite to radhaswami satsang vyas and near to reliance petrol pump
Rooms are very spacious. There is one additional single bed in the room so very spacious.
Swimming pool is clean.
Dining area is huge and food quality is much better
Breakfast is amazing. So I stayed almost 7 days in a single hotel.
Staff is good. Their behaviour is also good.
But on other side price of the hotel is bit high.

Hotel rooms quality is worse..
Pics are clicked in room 238 at the time of checking in.. smells like sewer and dampness... This is the kind of hotel which might can have hidden cameras in the rooms.
