The rooms were neat and clean, the staff was friendly. Overall the experience here was good. Must try their restaurant food

Worst service staff ever. When we checked in, they asked us to pay taxes twice, even though we had booked online. Wasted half n hour there. Then in the room their TV wasn't working, AC wasn't working and they took forever to get it started, wasted another hour there. When we came back later at night we accidentally spilled some water on the bed and our sheets and blanket got wet. We asked the hotel management multiple times to change our sheets, and to our horror they said and I quote - aapko room aisi state mein mila tha kya? (were you given the room in the same condition with wet sheets and blankets?) they refused to change our sheets and we were sitting in the cold room without even a blanket. After about 2 hours at around 12.30 1 in the morning, the management made us shift to a room on different floor because they didn't have anybody to change a bedsheet or give us another blanket! Worst experience of my life. Absolutely ruined our stay.

Nice boutique hotel. Accessibility to the city is perfect , the rooms were clean! Overall it was a good stay.

The rooms are very small, one of them being damp, maybe even more, the manager in the evening shift is rude and incorporative, also the washrooms are small, can improve the service and maintainence...also one of the window glass was broken...

Mr Ashish from front desk is a cooperative person you should book your room without hesitation food here is good and should visit the restaurant too.

We all went for holidays. Took rooms for three bed sharing. It was spacious. The hospitality was very good. Everything was perfect. Upto the mark.

Horribly small room, no space in the room to even move around and that too after booking their best room. U can hear noises like people talking , laughing and even the flush of the surrounding room , that's how cramp this hotel rooms are.. pathetic breakfast ...u literally have to beg for things. If poured for 20 Mins and my room was full of water ...they changed the room.. To a much smaller one. During day time if u want to eat in the hotels restaurant 90 percent of the things are unavailable. Horrible restaurant. Never book through Yatra .
