This hotel was built during British time. It has beautiful Nainital lake view. Car parking for private cars is available. Location is excellent on mall road. We used to walk around on mall road, Naina Devi temple. We did boating in morning as it accessible from hotel. Memorable event ofy life.

The hotel is nicely located on the main Mall road over seeing the lake the rooms are large and clean the service of the staff is also good and the staff is quite helpful

This place is a heritage property from the era of Britishers and is right in the heart of the city. One will love the place, the moment you'll enter this property. Rooms are cozy, big enough to give you rich feel along with the heater inside to make you warm. Room service is also upto the marks and will not disappoint you. Parking is inside the premises only (free). The charges are also manageable considering the property location & other factors. The property is situated just opposite to the lake side which is a perfect serene and lively. Will definitely recommend to spend quality time in the heart of Nanital. 💖

The best thing about this hotel is its prime location. You have it right at the mall road and the Tibetan market very close to it. All the nice restaurants are located close by. This is the main reason we always opt for Grand. The service is good. It is a heritage property so the rooms and bathrooms are not too good but you can still enjoy the view of naini lake. Parking is very comfortable which we usually don't get at other places here. Overall it's a nice place if you are more into moving out to the market and other adventure activities during the day and relaxing in the mornings and nights. P.S. the tea is really good. Thank you!

Great hospitality. Staff were very friendly. On Mall road, so location is very good. And the Nainital boat ride is just opposite to the hotel. We booked Deluxe suite as we were family of 4. Way too comfortable and spacious.
