The hotel is a perfect go to for a work trip or even a vacation. It is both family friendly as well as good for business / solo trip. The people at the reception are very cordial and tend to every problem or query you may have amicably. The staff is well mannered. The rooms are well maintained and clean. The food provided not only includes a variety of items, but is also very deliciously made. The overall environment of the hotel too is great. Another pro is the location from where you can easily get access to public transport and is also kind of the centreplace to reach all major places around town. Amazing experience.

We had checked in hotel and at reception the staff was very rude
He told us the price of 1 day 3000 but it was showing 2000 rs every where ..we had no other option as we were having no other option.. also when my husband asked how much should we pay in advance he very rudely replied I don’t know why the hell they have kept such rude and aggressive people on from desk
Secondly next day at 1 pm in the night there were very loud noises constantly in the lobby but the hotel staff was least concerned and wen we called and told them to make those people quite so that we could sleep nothing was done
I really don’t recommed this worthless hotel to anybody we’re they charge huge amount from customers and give pathetic service
Also there was no fridge in the room which was supposed to be and curtains were really dirty when I pointed out these they said it will remain like this only

Great place for a wedding and family get together..Banquet Hall is well decorated, neat and clean. Great food, in taste and quality both.
Neat and clean rooms. Great hospitality.

Recently I stayed there for three days for my cousins wedding. Overall food was good. They listened to us and helped us in last minute wedding preparations about room cleaning and the room service department is a bit lazy. We celebrated Haldi on the terrace and wedding at banquet. Both are quite accommodating for guest. I felt at some point inter- department coordination needed to be improved. The location is very close to the railway station and trust me looking at the traffic at railway station road I ditched auto and decided to walk even at night and reached the location within ten minutes. It's a decent place to stay but around a bit crowded.

This is highly recommend place for all kinds of parties. Like marriage party, engagement ceremony.
Rooms is extremely excellent.
Service is excellent and food is delicious.
Come and visit this place.

Had a very bad experience. The hotel is very average. The staff weren't friendly. There was no proper Internet .TV wasn't working. The next day, when we got up, there was no water at all . We rang downstairs and were told the water would be back in 4 mins and waited an hour. In the end, we left the place without a bath and couldn't even brush our teeth . I wouldn't go there again.

Went there for few hours only on 13th Jan 2023, but rooms and bathroom were neat and clean.

Ventilation was good. And their is ample parking space. Will visit again im future when required.

Did not stay in hotel. Food was very good and behaviour was cordial.
