Treebo Tryst Pearl Avenue - Hotel in Dehradun

Supershit room amenities, blankets and pillow covers were too old and uncleaned which you wouldn't like also no bath mats, bath towels were in so poor condition and old as they don't care about changing it, overall supershit experience, came here with family in a thought it's a 4 star but not even 1 star service. Says 24 hour services but guy was sleeping behind the reception and had to carry the luggage even at the time of leaving the place. Very disappointed

Rooms are good, service is too. Although there is room for improvement. The location is great as it's quiet, green and lovely place to go out for a walk and enjoy Dehradun.

This is a very poorly managed property above all the staff is so pathetic that they even share your personal information with anyone they want. It is a matter of concern and Treebo should step in at least to keep the confidentiality of its customers. No hotel
Has the right to provide your personal information. I shall be filing for a legal complaint against the brand and the staff which is present at the hotel.

At a price of 2500, the hotel is Ok. We had asked for a room change, but were told that the hotel is full?? (On a wednesday and Only 6 cars in Hotel Parking). We had to attend a Party close by so we had to book the space. Breakfast spread is normal and ordinary.. Overall just a transit hotel..

Courteous staff, little pricey but overall a good deal, food is good

Awesome experience, was very happy with the services. Was there for a friends wedding. The venue had 2 weddings on, so a little confusion was bound to happen. Other than that on point, the staff and management was very helpful.

It is such a lovely hotel, just go for it whenever there is this requirement for rooms. They provide you unmatchable offers an deals upon booking. Also the staff is pretty amazing in terms of providing excellent customer service to all the customers.The rooms are clean but don't have good or any view to it. The roof has pretty good view and they have small suite rooms but have provide balcony there
But suite rooms are normal size as other rooms

Rest they have good hall and lift facilities is also there

They have placed nice rugged in the lobby
Overall it’s a decent hotel with a hall, cafeteria and garden

The hotel is good, but it's very difficult to commute from there to city area since there is no Ola or Uber and it's also difficult to find an auto too..
