Not really a good place to stay. No internet, No cable connection, No tissue paper in toilet, Flush was not working , phones were not working. Very dirty ....No one to take care of guests ....Feels like cheated ....will not reccomend anyone this hotel

The place was not at all neat and tidy. We reached around 10 in the night and the bed sheets and blankets were very dirty. Bathrooms were covered with spider web. They did not even provided the toiletries. I will not recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel in Haridwar on main Haridwar-Rishikesh road. Awesome interiors and view if you get the road side room. The food was bad though because they do not have their own kitchen and you have to order from outside hotels. The hotel then delivers it to you. We fell sick from their morning aloo parathas for breakfast which was complimentary. Best to not eat at the hotel but go in Haridwar main market and eat there as you get plenty of chaats and other dishes.

Lift was out of order No provision for drinking water in the room For a family room, only one towel was provided, as the laundry is yet to come Had to call the reception for toiletries Again had to call the reception for toilet roll AC was not working effectively n there was suffocation in the room No provision for any morning tea or coffee Even the kitchen is not serving tea before 7:30 on order Breakfast time is from 8 but it was served at 8:45 that too was of poor taste and quality. We were told that today's menu is aloo puri and that's it.. what if someone doesn't eat those oil laden poori.. no provision.. The dining area is full n everyone is waiting to be served with lot of chaos n mismanagement and a lot of dust. I wish I should have clicked some pics as well.. Please live upto the price u r charging and ur reputation.

One word BAD.I stayed there for couple of days and found lot of things which 3 star hotel will not do even in dreams.They will say lot of things but will provide none.No wifi,no card credit debit you have to either pay cash or add them in ur bank account ans do imps no lift less parking space , sloppy staff only 4 people which includes their chef waiter and housekeeping,Pathetic service TRY FINDING BETTER place near har ki pedi this is way too far ,if you are with family you have to spend 400 Rs atleast for reaching har ki pedi
