Good rooms Excellent service and value for money.
Best place to stay in Haridwar

Very good and clean rooms at nominal pricing supportive staff and excellent food must stay when come to Haridwar.

Very poor behavior of the receptionist.

Very late in servings foods
Mishandled my car and was not ready to accept it even though proof was provided.Parking place is very small and need to beg other guests to take out their vehicle inorder to take our vehicle.
Wifi not available in rooms .
Power is not available most of the time hence AC and lift are not functional.
Horrible experience never choose this hotel.

Unlike some of the review I’ve read in the review section, I found the place to be clean, inviting and downright classic! The staff was very friendly and consistently making sure I was comfortable. I will definitely stay there when I come back!

The rooms and the staff were excellent. They were very polite and showed immense hospitality.

Extreme level of unprofessional business ethics... Untrained staff ... Rooms were not cleared and unsatisfactory amenities ... The staff were rude (especially the reception desk).... In one word...pls don't book this hotel... Even Dharamshala is better than this hotel.
