I strongly believe if you’re traveling and find a good place to stay 60% of your trip is successful. Planned a weekend getaway with the fam and booked hotel alpine,it was the best decision I could have made.Cosy rooms, super nice staff, close proximity to the Ganges and main market,bus and railway stations, what else can one ask for. Shoutout to you guys for making it so easy for us.Highly recommended, Cheers!

0 star. Booked it from Agoda and on the check in day when I called hotel, they refused to provide rooms saying that they don't have any confirmation from Agoda! When I called Agoda, they said they already informed Hotel. Agoda is international company and I did many bookings with them in the past but this is the first time such an issue happened due to this Hotel's poor management. Agoda gave me full refund on next day with Agoda Cash. This hotel is not trustworthy. Not recommended at a all. Due to this hotel's booking I couldn't get any accomodation at the end time and I had to suffer with my family and small kids. I had to immediately find another hotel which was difficult and costly. I suspect that they already given my rooms to someone with higher price. Very unprofessional. 👎🏻

Seems the reviews on Google are either paid ones or manipulated by the hotel owner. Please refrain from booking this hotel. It’s a complete sham!

Pathetic service,overly priced and the rooms are not cleaned daily.Inspite of repeated pleas for cleaning the room it was not cleaned.
