Hotel Surya( laxmanjhula) rishikesh near ganga

Good spacious rooms, good view from the terrace, some rooms don't have AC, although we had booked AC rooms. Views are not good from the room balconies. The corridors are congested and very poorly lit. There's a good cafe in the roof. Taxi stand is close by and all rental places are quite near.

best budget hotel in stay for family and friends. this hotel is in the market and best thing upstair is cafe bar you can enjoy with tea and snacks and see the laxman julla and ganga view from the cafe ......two room have attached balcony with ganga view at Avery reasonable rate ....owner is also very cooperative .....

We had to stay in this hotel for 1 day and we were really concerned about it as reviews weren’t that good. However, this budgeted hotel is much more organised than the expensive ones. As per the room charge, room was quite spacious, clean, and had balcony. Hotel staff was active and helpful. Hotel is near to luxman jhula and surrounded with some popular cafés, market, and the less crowded but the most loved freedom ghat.

Over all good experience 🥰 of hotel rooms or under budget. Hotel staff behavior is calm or 24 hours water or electricity , rooms and washroom well clean or maintainted.

Very nice hotel near laxman jhula . Our stay was very comfortable, because staff is very nice,friendly and cooperative, 24 hours room service available front desk,house keeping and room service boys are very courteous, neat and clean room.

The view from the hotel was excellent.
Proximity from the river bank made it possible to take a dip in the Ganges ,come to room and take a shower.. Only problem was even though the roof top cafe was shown on their website as a facility, it was always closed and has been closed for a long time.
They should remove that facility from their website.
It is totally misleading.!
Thus only the morning tea is made available here.But for all other meals, one has to go down 40 steps and climb again to go to the nearby cafe or dhabas! The staff is curteous.
Must give special thanks to Mr Narendra Rana who really went out of his way to make our stay comfortable .
As a budget hotel will recommend for its 24 hour hot ,cold water, and beautiful view of river Ganga 24 hours!

The overall experience was good and the most prominent feature of the property is the view from the gallery and the other feature is that it is located 150m from Lakshman Jhula and a whole lot of cafes.

Best place to stay at Laxman jhula. I have been visiting place from 2006. Everytimw i go i stay here. Beutiful view of ganga from balcony. Reasonable price.
