Exceptional Property !!! Best in class, Best In Service and marvellous Architecture. Situated between Rushikesh to Kedarnath Route, on banks of Ganges. Being Operated by Taj Group, another feather in the Cap. All the staff members are helpful and supportive. Housekeeping services to Restaurant service, all are at its best. Since we were travelling with Infant, we were provided baby shampoo and Baby shop by housekeeping staff without our special requests. It’s so kind gesture of the housekeeping staff Named “prasun”. Thank you all for best service. Taj keep it up…

Quite a serene Gangetic experience..😌The Property lies in d Badrinath Devprayag Marg..Well Managed wid all d Top Class Amenities👌U can njoy the Blissful Environment and Relax in d Laps of mother nature🏞The Ganga Aarti was so peaceful and divine. The Food Menus are designed as per all d Clients visiting their Property..The Garhwali Thali was one of d local Cuisine which I loved d most❤️So many options in Breakfast as well..😋Baked Falvoured Yogurt was just Yum 🤤The View is just Stunning from every room..U can just sit all day and njoy d changing phases of Climate in Mountains ⛰️The Staff is Courteous and supportive. Altogether a gr8 visit wid family 👪 ❤️.

This property is very highly priced , doesnt deliver much. I was told superior rooms have the best views but mostly the views are hindered by solar panels and other construction.

Even the room walls are not evenly painted. Something which i couldnt digest bcos this is something unacceptable being a taj group property.
Rooms ( my catergory was superior) is very basic , doesnt make sense to pay such a heavy tarrif for a basic room in a property which is situated 1.5 hours away.

Services are very slow. One thing ordered shall take forever to come even though there were not many guests at the time.

Not at all as per the Taj standards. My 1st disappointing experience with the Taj group property.

Shall never recommend this property to anybody travelling to explore Rishikesh as its totally inconvinient as there are better value for money options available closer to Rishikesh.

We loved our stay here. The best part of our trip were the Taj hospitality, everyone went out of their way to make us feel at home. Everyone from Ankit, Pragya, Meena, Jiten, Neeshu and chef Shankar were awesome. Fantastic food and perfect location as well. Highly recommend

It was a lovely and mesmerizing experience at the most beautiful property for a staycation at TAJ RISHIKESH RESORT & SPA, UTTARAKHAND. Here, I would like to take a moment to acknowledge and appreciate the amazing hospitality by the whole staff especially, Somya and Jayprakash for the heartwarming gestures at the restaurant with the best himalayan cuisine one can ask for. I would also like to appreciate the baking skills and amazing confectionary place.
Then I would like to acknowledge Arunkala, for their effective teaching skills, and for making us do the most peaceful exercises like meditation, sound healing, yoga. Next, I would like to appreciate the efforts made by Vikas Pandit ji who made consistent efforts to do a welcome ritual while performing a pooja, then he did a Speical Pooja for my birthday and blessed me. Also he performed a breathtaking Ganga aarti which was immensely spiritual, special, and beautiful to attend. After this, I would like to appreciate the blissful location where this lovely property is located. Therefore, I had the best experience which I never thought and saw at the best Hotel, Resort & Spa. I would like to recommend everyone to go with friends and family. HOPE TO SEE YOU AGAIN!!:)

Amazing location with the most helpful staff. Every member of staff from housekeeping to the groundsmen to the pool staff and hotel staff were courteous and couldn’t do enough for us. Food was very good and as always of the Taj brand to an excellent level. Great entertainment by the monkeys that seem to also enjoy the Taj hospitality.
Only recommendation I would make is that the pizza restaurant by the pool needs to maybe have a few more snacks but must have a facility for French fries. Cannot have pizza without French fries!!! It was taking 45 minutes for the chips to arrive from upstairs and 20 minutes for pizza !
Great hotel and look forward to returning to the Taj brand !

Favorite stay touring around India! The staff, food, location and minimalistic comfort of the room were on point. Rishikesh is a magical place and the Taj knows how to give the best service. I cannot wait to plan a return visit.

One request is more vegan food options in the future please :)
