Room is good, location is convenient, Lift wasn't working, Worst part: Service is poor, manager/owner is very casual in hospitality. When i, as a guest was standing in front of the counter, he was sitting in the reception counter with legs at front on the desk. Very disrespectful!

Pathetic experience and service. I mean they take 1hr to serve tea. The hotel was book for the guests for wedding and its wasn't good. Rooms were okay but not clean. Some room stinked and when asked for breakfast (butter toast) they told it was about 200 Rs and on the menu it was just Rs.45 mentioned.

Although overall hotel was decent. But, the service is one of the worst part of the hotel. Owner was not much interested to handle the customer problem. Instead argued and asked cross questions to customers! Behavioural Issue. Few Issues which I found , attached pics where ever it's possible to validate the points. 1. Ordered food required minimum 1 hours to be served! Don't expect food like restaurant as the greavy of almost every vegetables was complete liquid. 2. Fan was not working in few rooms and making enough sound to disturb your sleep. Interestingly, one fan was not starting and hotel staff tried to start the fan by using a stick! 3. Electricity board in few rooms were coming out. 4. In one room ACs draining water was leaking into the room only! 5. Had to ask for few basic things multiple times - like mosquito repellent, towels, doormates, soap and ofcourse ordered food as it takes 1 hours to be served!
However, hall for the function was good.

I stayed for 2 days and the stay was fabulous..staffs were very cooperative and i want to thanks personally to mr. Saurav Shukla who has been very generous and polite during the stay.best option in sitapur specious rooms,great amenities etc .

Good hotel in main location also parking facilities If you think for window view, you will not get it because it is in the city and there are streets and houses all around.
