Hotel rooms are good and stay is comfortable but food quality horrible service very poor . Hotel reception staff not fit for hospitality industry. Also the hotel charges additional charge in food as service charge which when asked to remove was refused by hotel staff. Stating they are not bothered about govt rules they make their own rules and follow that only. Not recommended for premium and luxury customer at all . Does not deserve to be part of best western group. Its like ordinary local hotel only. Also they charge extra for swimming pool usage charge which is ridiculous.

If I could I would have given 0 stars. The problem is in Everything. For starters The owner is really arrogant. The place is really really expensive and the food also has no great options and It is not at all Hygienic. The pool was green, There was no stable water connection and when it came it was yellow. Living in the slums would be better.

Probably deserves 0 star. Had booked a cottage and it wasn't even clean. Wifi doesn't work here. The pool was extremely dirty. They'll charge you for the welcome drink as well. The worst part was the manager's behaviour. Can't believe he's been running this place since so many years. Very rude and he'll make you feel like you're living in his own house. Completely unprofessional and unethical. Was even extremely rude to the children. If you're only booking this property because of a swimming pool, then don't because it's never clean and you'll find monkeys taking a bath in it everytime.
For this price you can find much better options.
Worst experience and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Don't call it a 3 star resort or hotel, it's an inn that's all. There's no buffet breakfast, you will get what the guy pleases to offer you and don't ask him the menu also. It's too much effort for him. They have kept the room clean, may offer u an upgrade which will still not makeup for the cost, the room kit is like gathered products like colgate toothpaste, dabur soap and cheap hard toothbrushes. The garden outside is not in use, not a single seat to sit on, the pool shown does not exist, the place looks brazen and haunted with like 2- 3 room occupancy on a weekend. So much so they have not even bothered keeping a telephone in the rooms. Total misrepresentation online. Better to spend half and stay at Vrindavan hotels. Why and how it comes under the Best Western they can only answer. But don't be fooled.

Pathetic and disgraceful, an un ethical hotel, all they have claimed to have on Booking .com don't even have single facilities as stated, Pools were closed and not allowed as stated their are open, 24/7 service is lie, moment we stepped in the 1st thing he told was there is no room service and we have to come down, TVs were not operative.

Most important non of the staff were wearing mask though their claim their are following 100% covid protocol which is rubbish, Towels and Bed covers were not changed 3 days of stay we used the same one.

Please don't follow the rating on booking.com and be misguided as all are fake rating.

1. First and foremost, on the Booking.com website it was written that the hotel takes Covid precautions but on our arrival none of the staff were in masks including the gentleman at the reception. Our body temperature was not checked and neither were we asked to sanitize our hands. This is a serious breach of health security and miss-representation of hotel safety.
2. The man at the reception desk informed me there was no room service and asked me to take a picture of the phone number which we needed to call in case of any requirement. No Covid protocols are being followed but the customer is asked to compromise room service which I do not understand. Cost cutting!
3. I enquired with the man at the reception desk about usage of the swimming pool. We were clearly instructed that the government and corporations have restricted usage of swimming pools but he has a backdoor mechanism to get approvals if we insist. Unethical or a liar!
4. At the restaurant, we were served food in paper plates and offered tea/coffee in paper cups.
5. There is no one at the reception after 9:00 p.m. Whenever we needed some assistance with a non-working television or an additional bottle of water, there will be no one to assist at the hotel. I had to go out of the hotel premises on the first day to get food and water.
6. On the last day, we were humiliated with no one coming to pick our luggage during departure from the hotel. Very embarrassing!

Nice place to stay in Mathura brij dham. Easy to connect all temple in Mathura and Vrindavan. Clean n fresh room, staff is also good behavior. Deserve four Star 🌟.
