Okay to begin with, if you love mosquitos, please do visit the hotel Bar. It feels like you are sitting in a Government canteen wherein you can hear the clash of the beer bottles, people keep shouting like anything. It didn't seemed one bit that you're sitting in a BAR! The staff was courteous but the pricing of the liquor was absurd, they have mentioned in the menu that a strong beer (650 ml) costs INR 395 and they have the audacity to charge INR 375 for a canned beer of 500 ml. Wow, I could not understand the math. Ambience was pathetic too, the service time was way too much. By the time you get your snacks that you ordered, you'll be done drinking and by that time you'd be ready to leave, great place to burn some money without any fruitful result/customer satisfaction.

Very nice rooftop-poolside restaurant which served awsome food. Have a very well stocked bar!! Altgough service was bit slow and needs improvement

From where to begin...I was going to Big Bite for family dinner but stopped in between to try this hotel... Ordered kashmiri mutton in their roof top restaurant ..and what I got was oil and bones... No flesh no curry...literally "bones and oil"...I asked for cheff and the cheff said that "humein aise hi pieces milte h mutton k banaane ko"...he replaced the curry and alas..new curry was half salt and half curry... We left the whole mutton and ate our dinner with pickles... Literally I got salt,oil and bones by paying 1000 rupee(mutton was of 680 rupee)... Horrible food...I would not suggest anyone to go there...prefer BIG BITE or Yellow chilli for non-veg...

hotel rooms are ok considering the price, but restraunt related service is bad considering the price and hotel standard,kitchen looks home of bacteria if you get a chance to peek in.

Have stayed at Hotel Krome in the past too. This time stayed in room number 309 on 06th November 2022, and it was unpleasant to see the lack of maintenance, walls with moulds growing, paint chipping off, dirty carpet and an outdated intercom. There was this nauseating smell in the room due to mould on walls and chipped paint due to water seepage. Lastly, the pressure in shower was lacking and when asked for heating in the room on that cold night, non provided. Strange that this property did even have heat blowers or radiators. Much to improve. We did like the food at the rooftop restaurant. It was tasty.
