Keep doing what you do, special and unique. Some people will like this hotel and some will complain about its steps. But as everyone knows that every journey begins with a single step. This hotel has great people, great location and great presence.

We loved the Hotel Krishna palace - the location can't be beat! We had a spacious room for 4 with beautiful views and wonderful service and hospitality from the staff. Our room had all of the conveniences we could hope for and loved the breakfast service every day! We will definitely plan a return stay on our next visit!

NEVER GO,NEVER STAY,NEVER ORDER FOOD HERE. THAT LAME RECEPTION STAFF WAS VERY RUDE AND ARGUMENTATIVE. THEIR AC WAS NOT WORKING FOR THE WHOLE PERIOD. I ORDERED MANY FOODS FOR DINNER BUT LITERALLY NONE OF THE FOOD WAS EATBLE.ALL WERE DULL LOOKING,UNFLAVOURED,MISSING INGREDIENTS. I WASTED MY MONEY AND WENT OUTSIDE FOR DINNER.

Please read full to understand about this hotel. I made the mistake of my life booking this hotel and wedding hall for my wedding. We booked around 10+ rooms and the banquet hall 6 months before the wedding. The manager assured us for the best service and we got the worst. What's the point of taking 70k as advance if these people can't provide basic services. Rooms were smelly and unhygienic. No hot water in few rooms. Flush was not working. After numerous calls and requests, they were not able to solve the issues completely. The manager is the worst. Do not go and meet him for any booking. He will manipulate you in such a way that you will think this is the best hotel. On wedding day, the bride was waiting for the lift to get fixed. I got stuck in the lift as well and had to jump off and come out. The room is not worth 500 bucks. The staff is very lazy. My best day of my life was turned out to be my worst. NEVER EVER STAY HERE OR EVEN CONSIDER.

pathetic room service for premium price. avoid this hotel.
on the day of check-in, the lift was not working and they didnt inform us. we had to lift our mother who was ill and could not climb stairs.
At the time of check-in, they did not keep any water bottles in room or any air freshner in the bathroom.

Rooms are smelly, flush do not work properly, lift breakdown, arrogant staff, no toiletries, no water, dirty bedsheets, dirty blanket, lights do not work in room, switch issues. Rooms and food Not worth the price. Turned my wedding into a nightmare.

Worst experience i stay in Bangalore but for my marriage i had to travel gorakhpur and we booked rooms and hall in this hotel the manager of this hotel Vivek assured me to avail all the services but all my expectations gone wrong sorry to say but the kind of service i expected was not there they are not professionals at all i do not recommend this hotel for anyone please book the best hotel in advance ex Radisson etc so that you don't have to go through such horrible stuffs.
