The hospitality of this place makes your stay most comfortable. The staff goes out of its way to make sure you have an Amazing experience.
The food at dine 551 is delicious and the service provided by staff Kamlesh, Shubham and Ravi was outstanding.

First biz visit to Gorakhpur. Had a comfortably pleasent stay. The city is old congested, open drains, too much of traffic around the hotel making difficult to walk around for those not used to such environment.

Hotel is good
No ventillation
Plenty of mosquitoes everywhere despite no windows
Only open place is just one narrow, small Terrace in the restaurant that has scope but can't be expanded encompassing the dome shape cover of the adjacent mall may be due to GDA restrictions as learnt from Mr Das. However an illuminated fountain with colorful lights with Budhha statue could contribute to the ambience.
Gym is too small.
No swimming pool
Lobby needs wind curtain to ward off insects n mosquitoes.
Poor sound proofing of the rooms to distract and disturb adjacent neighbor.
Most of the rooms have beds with head direction in the North that is strictly not recommended as per vaastu.
No spa, steam/ sauna.
Amigo is smelly due to poor ventillation, thick rug & drapes

Recommend brief intense frequent periodic training of staff to refresh and hone their skills enhancing professionalism.

Housekeeping services have been good.

Cab for late night commute to railway station arranged through front office staff (opted for reasons of poor & erratic app cab services) for ₹800/- for over eight times the app cab charges.

During the stay it was very heartening to see generous staff at the restaurant to mention Manish, Anil, Amit, Tapan ,Shubham (rest names unable to recall & some not using name tabs) who always ensured to make guests homely n comfortable.

Food preparations are good n evolving as the chef Mr Arjun takes personal interest, keeps interacting with guests to obtain feedback, improve upon, customise recipes as per individual preferences.

Wide variety and taste of Indian cuisine made from seasonal and regional fresh ingredients could be explored for tasty, healthy and nutritious reasons as compared to the ones currently in vogue mainly based on inorganic ingredients that are not only far fetched but also cultivated, stored, shipped under controlled conditions which depletes nutrition value, has adverse health affects due to chemicals, fertilizer, pesticides, growth enhancers, preservatives used in the process

Not only the efforts put in by the chefs are negated due to use of visually appealing expensive, poor quality, almost tasteless, inorganic fruits/ veg lacking in nutrition value with some of them even responsible for variety of helth issues in the long run due to hazardous chemicals used for their cultivation.

Apart from numerous interactions with exec chef who expressed his limitations due to procurement policy of the hotel. I also personally interacted with Mr Das. Hoping the hotel continues to improve quality of food to serve good health and nutrition through their preparations.

During the stay, on few fasting days, I could get custom made satvik foods & salads that could have been tastier & healthier with locally available fesh organic ingredients like Guava, amla, custard apple, Lotus stem, fresh sugarcane juice in place of canned juices (the list goes endless seeing the variety in Gorakhpur market)

Average hotel. Its above a shopping complex. Rooms are comfortable. View is of the crowded road and traffic. Only photo worthy place is the open terrace.

It was a nice stay. The location is perfect. Food is good. The only problem is the noise from the corridor. Rest everything is fine.

Seems a bit beaten down. Management seems to have given up on the care of a few things...the lobby carpet, room carpet, sofa covers could use some cleaning for example. Few recruits could use some basic training (saw two bell boys having a tiff at the front door. another staff who realised a miscommunication error but never returned to assist thereafter. Some staff were prompt and performed their tasks very well). Food was a hit - must try would be the mutton handi and daal makhni.

I liked the rooms very much. The view from the window is visible which is quite large. And the dinner place is at a very good place.
