Pretty room, same as the pictures. Polite and helpful staff. Good ac . Washroom was sufficient enough, it was clean. No unnecessary disturbance. There were a few power outage but the power quickly came afterwards. Liked the complimentary drinks in the room. A dental kit , slippers and liquid soap were present. For 3,300rs it's surely was worth it.

Nice hotel, it's a chain of hotel. Conveniently located. Rooms are small but good, staff is courteous but housekeeping is not good. Washroom needs to be maintained, specially shower, tap etc which are not in proper working condition. Food is good, had buffet breakfast which was very good.

Good hotel but rooms are small compared to the tariff being charged. Tariff is charged based on occupancy. If they are almost full, they charge exorbitantly high with no discount which seems unprofessional. Food is good, staff is courteous. Hotel lacks on maintenance.
Location of the hotel was nearer to my destination. Staff is polite and serves with smile.

Very bad services in this hotel. Here was 2 lifting but always single working and second is block always. No back up in electricity there, always electricity cut and feel like village areas in your room. waiting for electricity. Food was good.

Stayed there for a day however the hotel was not up to mark at all.

There were mosquitos in room. Didn't have basic amenities and we had to ask for each and everything.

Service was pathwtic. We asked for iron almost 6-7 times however every time their response was that its being sent. It never came eventually and we had to get our clothes get ironed outside.

A lot of construction work happening around the hotel and hence location is not that great as well.

Location is too bad. I was there for official work. The rooms are small. Stuff was okay. Property is big but does not reflect that in the number of suits. Breakfast was amazing. It had a good spread of English, Indian, North Indian and South Indian breakfast options.

Staff did not give me an extra room key for don't know what reason. Also staff asked me to pay upfront while I was there for 2 days.

a good hotel for a short stay. excellent staff and an average breakfast spread every morning. staff is very helpful and does their best to ensure your comfort. flyover construction was going on near the hotel when i stayed in dec 2022, so the condition of the roads was in a horrible state. can get cabs/autos easily from the hotel location. no eateries nearby. hotel food is good , but a little expensive and limited options are there. you can order from zomato swiggy at this hotel

Good place to organize functions like birthday party, engagement ceremony. Good and hygienic rooms. Staff is also active and cordial. Catering is very nice and tasty , especially that it is not spicy and oily like others. Only thing is that it is a little far away from metro station.
