Hotel Sai Palace

My stay was short but comfortable, room was clean and air-conditioner was new and super cool (with working remote). The owner himself greets the guest in reception area and ensures all the guests enjoy their stay.

room is beautiful.

and the most important part staff of this hotel is very good nature, specially Anshu is great person.

The hotel Sai Palace is a very good hotel near the railway station. There are very few good hotels in that area. The manager and staff of the hotel are supportive and attentive. They listen to your problems and resolve them. The room service is also good. The rooms were clean and bathrooms were quite spacious with jaquar fittings. The beds are of good quality and mattresses are quite good. The bedding was not that great but not inappropriate. The hotel is on the road and have good connectivity. The interiors were also appealing. If you know moradabad then you will be surprised to get this type of hotel in that area. I and my family are very satisfies with the service. At last I want to point out that rooms does not have freezers inside. I hope you will also enjoy your stay.

Stay is normal , service is very good but hotel owner is showing our restaurant is famous but it's normal.
