I visited twice at this place. Lesser crowd in this pandemic but good to see the silence, cleanliness, hygiene, privacy. The staff was good and services was so good. When you ask or want to know about the new dish then the waiter they will help you which means they know quiet well about the taste and about the dishes. Overall it was good and I suggest to visit once to all. Average rates..

This hotel is no more good....staff has no manners... hotel management is after money...i caught restaurant staff taking out portion of dish and made vedio....shameful....dish was rotten not fit to eat.,...they have cattle in room but did not provide any tea bags want us to take tea from hotel..

Pretty old hotel but well maintained with good service. We stayed here for a night. Clean and comfortable AC rooms. Dinner was really good and it was personally suggested by the owner, Mr. Avnish Talwar. Great host who spent time explaining the history of Jhansi.

First No one comes to serve water. After requesting for bottled water 3 times, water is given. The bisleri water bottle has dust on it. But he changes the bottle. So ok. Then we order mushroom chilli, dum aloo and rotis. We also order veg sizzler but ask him what does veg sizzler have. Is it chinese? He says i will find out. N then disappear. Comes after 20 mins says sizzler nahi hai. Chinsese platter ho jayega. I say ok serve that. N we ask kindly plz serv edum aloo serve. We wait for 45 mins and start complaining..The owner or manager of hotel is shouting and talking rudely to us. Saying get up n go. Such bad service and such bad behaviour. I have a video of him. I will upload it on google too.

Horrible experience... extremely arrogant and misbehaving staff specialy the manager .. staff is confused & ill mannered.. food is good but hospitality is below standard , not recommended at all

Signature property well known for years for its service and standard untill the branded hotels didn't established in Jhansi.

One of the best hotels to stay in Jhansi.
Its an old property but very well maintained and excellent service.
Mr.Avnish made me feel at home and recommended awesome dishes to try.Dal kichdi here is one of the best I have ever tasted 😋
