Rude behaviour of the staff (Azhar Khan and Mohit Gupta) interacted.
They don't know how to calm down the guests if they are wrong or not able to fulfill the required in the room. On the other hand they argue continuously to prove them right. Don't fall for the fake reviews who says positive. I've checked in morning then left the hotel in afternoon for family function. Then checked out in early morning 4am.
in such a short duration I feel like not to come back to them.
Requesting the owner of the property Mr.Sanjay Gupta to train the staff if you want continues business for the hotel.
As a family- They don't know how to cater family what else to say

the stay at hotel k3the overall experience of stay at hotel k3 club residency can be rated as excellent. the best part which stands out in comparison to other hotels is the sensitivity of staff, their soft demeanor and quick response. the sensitivity was to the extent that hotel staff promptly brought and served the childrens food first from our order and it was made the way we had asked. one of our room was upgraded from executive to higher category i.e. family suit without any extra charge. and the other room booked was executive room. quality of rooms is quite good including bathrooms. food is also of good quality and served hygienically. staff was very cooperative, cordial, orderly, nicely dressed and well behaved. special mention to mr gupta who told staff to upgrade one of our rooms. overall a wonderful experience.my sincere regards to entire hotel staff for making our stay worth remembering.swapnil nigam

We had a wonderful stay for 2 nights. Comfortable rooms,great service. Delicious n yummy food.

Location to reach to the hotel and car parking is not convenient. They provided us with a room to accommodate 3 adults and 1 kid but room was too big yet not nice. It seems they converted couple of rooms to make a bigger room as we found drainage within the room near the beds.
Another issue was there was restaurant on the roof , just above us and we couldn’t sleep due to lot of disturbance till 1-2 AM from the staff working over there.
Not recommend for stay.

When we think about celebrations, K 3 Club Residency is always our first option and it never disappoints. From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding

Awesome good and hospitality. Good ambiance and we loved the food. Perfect place to visit.
Would strongly recommend ppl to visit and enjoy the delicious food!!
