Service is very good. Location is excellent. Well maintained.

But quality of food in the restaurant is not up to the expectations.

Worst part is: The person who is cleaning the toilet is also changing the bed covers and provides water bottle etc and work as a room attendant.

Their services are very good but there should be different persons to do different jobs.

The overall experience was not good. The location of the hotel is great but the behaviour of the FRONT DESK MANAGERS is not at all up to the mark. Staffs are not ready to co-operate with the guests. Specially the front office and the restaurant staffs. If you are in the hospitality industry then you should be polite with your guests. They have a very rude attitude towards their guests. They should not forget that everyone is paying and staying there. They are not doing any favour to their guests. The room service takes a lot of time. Most of the times they forget to inform the restaurant about the orders placed. Apart from the location this hotel has nothing much to offer.

this is the best hotel i have stayed in in india. I have been coming to India for many years systematically. I come to Varanasi the most. And I have been staying at this hotel from the beginning. now it's my third time. This hotel is like home. the staff is very attentive and caters to your every need. The people who work in this hotel create a wonderful atmosphere. they are always polite and smiling. many of them have been working here for many years and every time I come to this hotel it feels like home. In addition, it's a great location, cleanliness, excellent cuisine / applause for the chef / sense of security and respect. Congratulations to the owner and all crew. I love coming back here. And I will always be. I recommend it to everyone

Probably the best location for budget hotels. Very near to temples and ghats, and right on Godowlia Chowk. Average food, good and well-behaved people, food could be better. But very nice of them to respect my fast/vrat and prepare food accordingly.

This hotel is near to dashwamegh ghat in banaras.

3 kms away from bhairav Nathan temple
Almost 5 km away from station.
Vishwanath temple is just 700 mtrs away from this hotel.
They have nice ambience in their cafeteria.
Overall a good place to stay,have food however little expensive hotel.

Location is very good. Service is excellent from all--reception to support staff to security. Restaurant is good but food preparation is not up to the expectations.There is scope for improvement.

In a good location, you can expect everything reachable from this hotel. Food is nice, although complementary breakfast is average. Priced on higher end. Good for seasonal times.

Great experience. It's a 3 star hotel in Varanasi and the ambience is amazing. The price is quite moderate and the place is around 15mins walking from Dashaswamedh Ghat. It has a restro named Dawat where we had lunch. Nice hospitality. Non veg is available here and great fr Bengalis!!
