Lemon Tree Hotel, Jhansi

Hotel is situated in the middle of.city. Rooms are clean with all amenities but rooms size is bit smaller but you don't feel lack of space. Food is good and staff polite , courteous. The only things they need to focus is on service which is quite slow. Did order in room dinner and had to wait for almost 45 -50 minutes. Except this one thing this is a good property and may be recommended

Please please stay away from this hotel, it does not provide the services as other lemon trees, i was sleeping in my room at 11:30 pm with door closed and locked, someone just used their card and entered my room, i was in shock and wondering how could this even happen? if the room is allotted to me how can they issue the key to some other guest?

there is no safety or security at this hotel females please beware. They are ruining the reputation of other lemon tree hotels.

I wanted slippers so i called housekeeping and he did not bring the slippers after waiting for half an hour and 3 calls the slippers arrived plus the staff at the hall we booked was rude and did not know how to talk.
Overall I would suggest you to stay away from this hotel.

Hotel is amazing.... Food is too good... Only drawback is we need to wait a lot for food to come to our table... Buffet system is also there and you can order by your choice from the menu... Visited there on my bday for dinner... Staff is very professional and polite...

Good and prompt service with great food and service. We have booked the room with breakfast however, we were charged for breakfast.

Also, it’s too costly as we were charged 500 for requesting 2 cups of tea.

Really good and well maintained hotel. Rooms were very clean, and the restaurant on the first floor is good too. Highly recommended!

The hotel is so pathetic in service and the staff are also to rude to talk to us. I insist my family to go and check the food for an engagement party after wards but the services and rude nature of staff of lemon tree jhansi have made them to obsesed by there rude behaviour.
An staff named shubham of here spoken wrong to ous and given also the food is not good as well as not ready to eat.

Worst service till my experience....
We ordered chicken curry their staff bring us EGG CURRY saying that due to billing Machine this happens after that we ordered zeera rice their staff come up with plane rice and saying that zeera rice will take time so i bring plane rice ....
Management is not good definitely....

I tried veg Biryani today of this famous Hotel . for the first time in my life I liked such a good veg Biryani. Raita was very yummy, 🤤The color of Raita here was a bit different as compared to other restaurants, Curry leaves were mixed in it which looked very good.very delicious food..
