No lift they are under construction no staff Available to attend guest driver they arranged are not smart spoil our time...they don't have restaurants as shown ...no staff or manpower iif u order tea u will not receive...they keep saying bhejtha hoon n it will never reach... service really pathetic... only advantage is its proximity to the temple ghats otherwise never book ot...if u book pls pls don't expect hospitality u have to survive on your own they're taking money as if all the services shown are Available but no ...also each time u have to remìnd them hotwater chaalu karo ac chalu karo ...

Terrible service.. I wouldn't recommend anyone ever to stay here. They provide the room late. Inspite of repeatedly telling them, they don't clean the rooms. They just hand over the previously used room to the next guest. But they take the full payment in prior. I have never seen a horrible guest house as this.

Never book this hotel.. Fraud!! ...
They cancelled at checkin and asked for more money.. stay away from this hotel and ignore fake good reviews.

Rude staff, unresponsive. We were only given our room at 2PM instead of 12PM. Calls weren't answered and had to go to reception again and again. The whole property was being managed by 2 hotel boys. The manager was nowhere to be seen.

Dinner and breakfast was delayed by almost an hour. The whole travel plan was ruined because we chose to stay in this hotel.

Good room s near ghat n Kashi Vishwanath temple .food is good.service is good room tariff reasonable.

Room allocation was delayed till 2:30PM and our whole day was ruined. Poor management. Poor guest services. Calls unanswered. Very untidy ambience and rude behaviour.
