Hotel Krishna Galaxy

1. Location:- The place is at the walking distance from the Kanpur Central Station. Since it is situated in the busy market of Ghantaghar Chowk, so there's no parking space, though you can use the railway station's parking lot. Hotel have Elevator facility, but it wasn't working when I was there.

2. Behavior and Attitude of staffs:- To be honest, I didn't talk to them very much. But they were quite friendly and helpful during my stay.

3. Room:- I stayed on the third floor. The room is not that much small as lots of people had mentioned in their reviews. If you want to play Basketball or Volleyball then, yeah it's small for that. It's an ideal room, neither too big nor too small. There is a small tea table beside the bed and one study table (I'm not certain, it's study table, but I don't know what to call it instead) near bathroom. The bed was clean and quite comfortable. Bathroom was also clean. You can get both hot and cold water. Although the tap water pressure is very low, it'll bother you only if you take long showers​ (like me😛). At morning, you can order your free complimentary breakfast between 8 to 10.

Some people complained in their reviews that the room wasn't clean so I called the hotel 2 hours before my arrival and told them to clean my room and change the bedsheets and cushion covers. When I got there, I found my room as I told them.

As compared to room size the price of Hotel expensive , and Location of Hotel is inside the crowded market. Room service is not so much good, Because they don't give breakfast before 8:15AM. TV do not working on inverter during power cut. Bathroom size is small. You don't sit on toilet seat comfortably because near toilet seat there is very less space.

Neat and clean rooms.delicious food. Well behaved staffs. Only thing is the hotel is located in a very crowded and narrow street. You cannot park your vehicle. But it is comfortable walking from railway station towards ghanta ghar. The best thing is I stayed there for 3 days and no staff asked for tip. Also, rooms on 1st and 2nd floors are better than rooms on ground floor.

Hotel located at walking distance from kanpur central railway nearby to ghanta Ghar chauraha as hotel located at very crowded area wholesale market so there is no parking available but one can park vehicle at railway station parking. No wheelchair accessible entrance because entrance only through stairs. I stayed here at 3rd floor rooms which was very clean well maintained washroom is neat and clean sanitize. Room service is fast also food is delicious. Staff is very polite and helpful.

Pathetic service. Managed by Oyo. Dirty drinking water in uncleaned jug. Open wires and some switchboards missing. Reception staff is very casual n non supportive. No adjustment in early check in or late check out even for an hour. They will surely charge you. Had no guts to order food.

they didnt served me breakfast.. intercom is not working.. they consumed 45 mins for tea and bread only... spiders and spider-webs were all over the room, under furniture, in washroom.. AC remote was not working, TV remote was hardly working.. room was not clean at all.. mainly bathroom.. 2 empty body wash bottles were lying in bathroom and 1 used towel was also there.. worst experience !!

The place was okay. My experience was pathetic. I was given the first room. The AC was not working. I checked in only for 12 hrs. That is I checked in at 11 pm. They took 45 mins to get it okay somehow. No technician was available obviously at that point of time. Complete carelessness. The staff was not at all courteous.

Location is nearby ghantaghar and food was costly however room was okay as we have to stay for a night for my friends wedding. Average experience as we were new to the place.
