hotel is nice and clean . it is best for stay . but hotel one staff who leave me my room number they demand me for trip. while there is no lift for high floar. food quality of this hotel is rated out of 5 from 5. one way of manager is rude they take my Mobil to rating himself. overall best place for stay. food quality is very good

I already payment for this room and i have booking id seen to hotel management staff but they not agree to my booking id and i argument long time but they give not no response and i pay to extra 1000 rupees for this room. I am very disappointed for your service Kindly give me feedback for my this problem arjently

Very very bad and poor experience. They asked me extra 400 rs. And staff member asked me for tip very forcefully so i had to give him. There were no space for luggage.. and bedsheets was dirty and blanket was also dirty and smelling dirty .. And price was tk high... Pls don't book they review themselves their hotel with the help of customer phone... But i didn't give him ...

They are not giving rooms which they show us in pictures. There were lots of bugs and cockroaches roaming in the room. I have complained but nobody come for pest control. Not recommended at all

Bedbugs will welcome you. Be ready to pay gst charges after online payment too. Torn bedsheet and towel spoils your mood. In short worst hotel under oyo in kanpur. Person in reception is not eligible for that.

This Hotel is not good for online booking , don't pay any amount before reaching of hotel. When u will reached to hotel hotel manager begger will asked for extra money and he will told that what room u have book is not available. If u have book and pay for room 500, the he will asked to pay 1000 for same room. So traveller are requested to don't trap in this type of hotel. 1st physically see hotel and book as resonable amount mention in OYO website.

Fist of all they charged extra 12% on saying that the you should pay in front of them instead using oyo platform and the room is not have any ventilation and the bedsheet is not clean and first they provided VERY dirty blanket after requesting they changed it and gives single bed blanket for two people. Disgusting service.

I have booked room via Oyo. I have called the hotel regarding early check in .He told there will be extra charge which I need to pay ij cash. When I said okay he told me that I have to pay Oyo payment on cash only. And the payment done in app will not be accepted. Highly unrecommend .
