Hotel The DownTown

I have stayed here 5 nights during my business trip. So the room i received without was window and i didn't like much.It was little suffocating but they have AC. But room was cleane and well maintained. They clean the rooms everyday and provide fresh towel. All the staff are well behaved and nice. Foods are little higher price compared to the location but taste was good. Also food option in breakfast good and people serving during brekfast time are really co-operate and serve food nicely

Nice hotel.. good & delicious food.. 1 star less bcz of Lift maintenance.. I was stuck in Lift , & nobody knows how to open door... I was stuck in Lift more than 5 minutes - horrible experience

Hotel rooms were quite nice, neat & clean,
The only negative point location is not good, it's near railway crossing, no parking area outside Hotel.

The Hotel location is away from the center and near a mall. The property is new. The room size is a little smaller. Sikh guys may find lesser space to roll and decorate a turban. Vehicles can be parked in front of the hotel at the roadside. The restaurant provides buffet breakfast but has lesser varieties and good taste. The restaurant has lesser space only 4 to 5 centre tables which may be an issue when occupancy is full. Overall the price was a little higher.

This is a very nice hotel👌well behaving staff always eager to help each and every guest. Especially thanks to Mr. Singh he is very courteous and very helpful. I stayed there only because of him and I will again visit this property only and only because of Mr. Singh. Keep up your good work. 👍

Worst service very inconvenient and uncourteious staff.managerbis very rude to provide rooms dont have manners to talk to customers…beware of mr singh the manager he doesnt have basic manners only to how to talk to customers…also plsase note there is no restaurant in this hotel and also they dont have covered parking space…will strictly advise not to visit this hotel…consider this as a genuine and honest review…greed for money of mr singh will never allow this hotel to grow!!!

We stayed in a suite room and the size of that room was more than any room in the same league.
Nice place. Parking is a bit issue in the area.

Behavior of F&B Captain. Mr. Ajeet Chaudhary Morning buffet is very amazing and good, Rooms are very clean and well maintained, Food is very delicious. I got the rooms always clean. Appreciate the Steward Rajendra and whole serving staff. Do ask for him always.
