room was full of mosquitoes would not let you sleep. water supply stopped in the night and the toilet flash wasn't working. i won't prefer anyone to staty there. the window ac also wasn't working.

the room was pathetic, bed sheet was like multi colored with burnt holes, blanket had a big hole in it, walls had spit or spill marks, tv plug switch board was broken with wires peeping out, you ppl promise to have western wasroom instead the room had indian washroom which was not cleaned, bathroom did not had bucket, no exhaust and washbasin had cobwebs and a spider nicely staying on it, this was facilities i received and on top of this the room was stinking plus additional advantages of fan which was almost dead and ac not working throughout the night due to some xyz reasons. it felt like i paid oyo for torturing me for a night.. then hotel did not had a functioning kitchen and you have added breakfast option available here, what a coordination between you and hotel.. i was not able to sleep whole night after a hectic day at office and a journey from delhi to kanpur.. spent my whole night shunting between reception and my room at 2nd floor with no lift service.. i tried to convey the discomfort to customer support team but as always no response. this is really a trust breaking issue.. i just paid rs. 699 for nothing. what a shame oyo.. definitely will not be cmng to you again...

service was tooo bad i waited here about 30-40 mins then they gave the room and they could not switch on the ac even after complaining. i'll never go there in any condition

no ac although it was mentioned that there is ac but we were told the room of ac is not available. and the check out time was of 12pm but still we were forced to leave at 10 pm. room was not at all clean. wrappers were lying of pan masala.

Worst experience ever. The AC was just a showpiece it wasn’t working and upon complaining the whole staff started intimidating me. They said either adjust or leave. We won’t return your money.

Hotel charge Rs 900 for 3 hrs stay.on Oyo app amount showing is 699.thats not good but the room is neat and clean

moment right after you enter the room Service boys shamelessly ask for tip just for showing the way towards the room They have switches of AC at reception and turns off the AC after every hour by giving the reason that room is cool enough now Old bedsheets, dirty bucket, properly not working TV, pathetic service provided
