1. Location mentioned in the Google maps is actually 700m away from the actual hotel location. It took us 30 mins to find the hotel. 2. There was no reception desk. One person who was the manager was sitting on a sofa. 3. We reached hotel at 11:30am, the first room that they showed us was very unclean and the curtains were smelly. 4. When we asked for a different room they told us to wait 30mins to get the room cleaned. 5. Till 30 mins we waited, the manager was no where to be seen. While enquiring the staff, they rudely told to contact the manager. 6. After 5-10mins the manager arrived and showed us our second room, in which they were still cleaning. They had poured water all over the floor which they didn't even mopped properly. 7. AC was not at all working. After bearing for 2 hours, we again asked the manager to change our rooms. 8. We shifted to our 3rd room where atleast AC was working but the room was very unhygienic. The room was totally different from the pictures posted on the website. 9. Bathroom taps and knobs were rusty and the western comode was smelling like public bathrooms. The drains was clogged with hairs. There was no exhaust fan or window in the bathroom. We had to keep our bathroom door open for ventilation. 10. We were so fed up and tired from our journey that we decided to adjust with the room and not ask for the room change. 11. In the morning, when we asked for the complimentary breakfast, first they were unsure whether we had booked complimentary breakfast or not. After showing our voucher, they agreed to provide two aloo parathas and coffee for breakfast. 12. Overall, these 2 days and our 2100 rupees have gone totally waste. These types of cheap rooms are easily available for 300 or 400 per night and not 1300/night. Very horrible experience and unprofessional behaviour of the hotel staff spoiled our whole stay. 13. I would request MMT Team to first ensure the quality of rooms that they enlist on their website. 14. Even though the hotel was verified on mmt, it was not at all upto the standards that we expected. 15. I am now very skeptical about booking hotels on MMT. Total waste of money.
