Nice place at a good and safe location, good variety of food, whole lot of options there, not so expensive too. Parking is being managed by attendants. Little more options in desserts will be a good consideration. Cards are acceptable for payments however the bill comes in handwriting not computer printed. All in all a good place for family dinners and celebrations.

We ordered food from their “Pepper Pods” restaurant at 9:10p.m. but it took them more than 1.45 hours to send our food, despite calling them more than 35 times straight to just know the status of our order. The food quality was pathetic and there were worms inside our food and when we complained to them about the same they didn’t listen to us nor understood our problem. We suggest Food Inspector of the area should cancel their license to run this pathetic attempt at a restaurant.

Service is bad. When you check in there is no drinking water in the room. You order it they charge you. No glass. You call them again.
No towel in the room. You ask for it.
No bed sheet. You ask again.

Location of hotel is good. Food is also excellent but maintenance is very much poor. We were in marriage and booked so many rooms but you in all rooms no maintenance is there, toilets are leaking. We stayed there for two nights but no one came to clear the rooms. No tooth paste even tooth brushes were provided. No one to take care. Rooms are very much simple. No Tea/coffee bags. No kettle in the rooms.

I had following concerns during my stay at Tushar elegant
1. Staff wasn't much attentive. They had no breakfast items mentioned on the menu and when I asked to at least tell me verbally on call, they said they will get back to me and didn't call me back.
2. They nowhere mentioned that we don't allow outside food on internet. Their restaurant breakfast items were very limited. I had to move out to eat something of my choice.
3. Their parking space is very limited.
4. Initially provided blanket was in poor condition.

Rooms are ok but very poor room service, Mosquito-menace and inadequate warm water supply. Restaurant is good, have many visitors. Parking problem sometimes. No gym but good surroundings for morning walkers/joggers. Did not like the hotel much.

My experience with the staff was extremely bad.
Don't even consider going to this place

The Rooms & Property is well maintained. Food is amazing but they do cost cutting on basic things like Mineral Water, Juices, Cutlery, etc
