Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Sahibabad, Distt Ghaziabad (U.P.)

right from check in till check out everything was not at all up to my expectations.

check in took almost an hour.
room was ok.

they have a policy of safety deposit of 3000 Rs for the mini bar.

had to call house keeping for everything the room was equipped with basic toiletries.

staff ppl were shouting at each other infrint of guest.

leakage from duct and the room floor was flooded. all my stuff got wet. and it took them hours to fix it.

food variety was not up to mark as it was before.

check out took more than 1 hour.

in short the whole stay there was disappointing. the management i think is being handled by unprofessional group.

Good rooms , clean and Maintained very well. Excellent live kitchen menus for Dinner and other . Food quality very good.. Though total vegetarian menus, loved each dishes. Staff cordial, immediately attended to our concerns.

Had there for a Lunch Buffet with my family to celebrate birthday.
Food and service is good with lot of options, Also seasonal and live counter are there with amazing taste. The best part is it has pure
vegetarian kitchen which help a lot.
Ambiance is quite smoothing. You can spend quality peace time here.

One of the Best Properties to Stay and relax for business travelers to family/couples. The only slight negative i would consider here is that the property is pure veg, but all the veg dishes available are the best you can have. Will surely recommend this property.

The hotel was well maintained and was very clean and hygienic. The location of hotel was very near to metro station and there was enough parking space. The food was very delicious and tasty. This is one of the best hotels in Ghaziabad. Even the room tariff was affordable as compared to other hotels in the same category.
Professionalism of staff. Enough parking space. Outside food was allowed. In house Gymnasium, swimming pool, restaurant. The hotel is located at the prime location and well connected to metro station.

Very nice, cozy and comfortable stay at Country Inn & suites. Variety, food quality and service excellent. Staff is very cooperative and very prompt service. Among select few hotels which serves only vegetarian food. Therefore very good place to stay for visitors who are strict to vegetarian food only. Staff is well mannered and very co-operative.
I am giving 5 ratings to our stay but still one suggestion is there, implement a quick check - in process instead of taking 10 minutes and kept the guests waiting who are coming might be far from your hotel and does not want to be waited in queue just for check in.

We celebrated our Anniversary here. The service is amazing. Rooms are very comfortable. Minibar was locked for us somehow, they didn't open it even after requesting. They said they are sending a person, but didn't. Staff are very polite and humble. Process from check in to check out is smooth and pleasing. We had a table booked in 3Bs, pool side restaurant. Amazing ambiance at the pool in night.

It's a very good hotel especially for vegetarians because the complete hotel is pure vegetarian. The rooms are good and spacious. It can be more luxurious considering the price. Breakfast buffet was amazing if you're looking more towards Indian items. Overall good experience.
