Ginger Noida Sector 63

I would rate this as an average hotel. The room was good and well kept, bath towels where shabby, dental kit was provided only upon request. The restaurant and room service was decent. The reception/ front office team was totally irresponsible; I had to call 2-3 times to get things done. Tea served once was too bad and I had a bad stomach because of that. Afterwards I went with other restaurants/shops like haldirams/ chaayos etc which are walkable distance.
checkin is easy once booked through goibibo.

Not at all recommended!
1. The check in was with so much hassle. Staffs are incompetent.

2. The rooms are small (which is okay) but extremely dirty. Beddings have stain. Highly unhygienic.

3. Poor service and staff are arrogant. When raised a query they said it’s not their problem, it’s the hotel issue and the management is not here. For real??

4. You can only connect the WiFi on 2 devices. For sure not a play to stay on business trips.

5. And the extreme one! Every time there is electricity disconnection (which is like thrice every hour) you have to get up and switch on AC again. Imagine how many times had to do in the night. This is extreme!
There are many more which I don’t want to list down here.

I initially stayed for 2 days and then extended 2 more days and was going to stay for another 20 days but sure NO!
And most importantly, the hotel is more expensive than Radisson which is 10 mins from here

NEVER going to stay at Ginger and never ever going to recommend anyone.

Rooms are fine but service is so poor. They don't have hot water in bathrooms, they'll provide you hot water in buckets. Internet speed is so poor that you can't even open google. Management and Hotel managers are so arrogant and don't address your concerns.

Pathetic hotel and service We had asked for twin beds but we were not given the same rooms were dirty and too small We had to to wait until 1:45AM for them to tell us that they cannot make the twin beds also did not have any other room to substitute Mind you I was not well and totally exhausted and had to check out early reason being I was feeling disgusting in the hotel. Also the phone in the room was not working next cherry on the cake was the water in the wash basin brown - absolutely disgusting we had told them that this is a bad impression and would be a negative feedback seems like they couldn't care less.

The hotel is situated nearly 100 meters from Sector 63 metro station and is so called business hotel of Indian Hotels (Tata Owned). The location is excellent and no connectivity issues.
The issue is regarding room size which are small and have no ventilation. The wi does have been blocked/ Jammed by the management. Room service is OK and if you are staying in first block the kitchen is in second block and in winter season don't except hot food.

Rooms were good enough.. i was in sixth floor .. due to year end there was loud sound due to presence of a bar cum cafe beside the property.. the sound was quite high after 11pm.. hotel authority must look into it

Quality of rooms are just average. Towels, Sheets, Floor, washrooms are not very clean. Service is below expectations, they turned on the Heater remotely for all the rooms without asking and disabled the AC controls in the rooms. We suffered the whole night due to this, it got really hot and even their staff didn't help in this. Next morning, they opened the rooms windows for ventilation, which is like horrible.

The best thing of this property is its location and the Breakfast. There were so many options like Dosa, Idli, Sandwiches, Omlette, Cutlets etc. We all liked it. This place is near to the metro station as well. So, if you're looking for some decent place to spend (without luxury), you can go for it.
