Worst experience! It's a good property with 0 service ethics. You enter the room and the bedsheet is torn, tv has no remote so it can't be operated, there is no hot water in the bathroom and room service is available after 30-40 mins of calling. We were proudly told by the manager that they have a pool at rooftop and you can use anytime, just inform to get the machine switched on. When we went to the pool in the evening, there were flies all in the pool, they also took an hour to get the machine switched on and after that they told that machine is not working, if you want you can use the dirty pool.

staff behaviour is normal. They are unskilled. The room condition is not upto mark. bedsheet is dirty at time taking room.
Room is big and specious. Food is ok. Taste was average.

0 stars for service. Room has torn bedsheet, shower knob is broken, no hot water in bathroom. Don't waste your money on this.

Staff and rules, inflexible. While traveling through lift, Light gets shut, Generator, didn't start till 10 mins. No one from reception picks the call, No reminder for Breakfast timing and do not adjust even for 10 mins for Breakfast.

Best Room Servicing with all etiquette and hygiene with proper cutlery. Speciallly by Mr Akhilesh he takes care of all Veg needs with all heart. Times have started to change for the hotel Now

The service is very poor. Staff does not respond at house keeping or room service during morning time. Staff do not have proper knowledge. Took more than 45 minutes in generating the bill while check out and that too was not correct. Management is irresponsive.

If I have world amazing i will use it for Atithi Continental Ghazipur. 1. Hotel Location is very very awesome and reachable to all the othe famous locations. 2. Hotel Room is very specious ,neat and clean. 3. Hotel staff is very supportive and helpful. 4. Hotel room service very good and food is very delicious.
