Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money...
In our room A.C was not working, bedsheets were very dirty, pillows were also dirty, On T.V the screen was full broken, No clean Toilets, bucket was half broken, taste of food was like like gutter, services was very useless hopeless senseless,
We had given time for breakfast was 8 a.m but we got it at 9:15 a.m
Now I can't tell many more complaints otherwise it will be whole essay.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Ildiko ,she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you

Awesome hospitality from mr.bobby and ms.manyata...despite the odds they are doing a fantastic job in keeping the guests happy....with their courteous behavior/service, well cleaned rooms and great quality food they know the secret of how to win hearts....good job both of you....hotel grand sparrow inn agra is a must stay hotel in reasonable budget!!!

4 star only because of the missing basic ammenities. It is quite easy for this hotel to bag 5 star rating only with few improvements.

The ambience of the hotel is awesome. The best part of the hotel is the outdoor restaurant which boosts of positive vibes. One can kick start their day by enjoying a healthy breakfast and vitamin D from the sun in this open restaurant. Additional feather in the cap of this hotel is the In-house restaurant. The chef if really good at his art as the food is delicious. The only thing that needs to be reviewed is the price of the food items. Pretty much sure that if prices are reduced guests would prefer eating in the hotel itself. 2 toasts for 100rs is not at all reasonable. And of course since we talking of the hotel, how can we avoid talking about the rooms. The rooms are quite good with standard double bed, a wardrobe, wallpaper, a large mirror and Tv cabinet. Some of the rooms do have windows but I think that these are of no use as these windows have fixed glasses and can’t be open. Because of 0 ventilation the room is at times suffocative. The attached washrooms are fine. Cleanliness needs to be improved and in case if you are staying in the hotel in winters than you just need to opt for a room with electric geyser because the one which has water supply facility from boilers will have cold waters. The dustbins are not available in the room and you need to ask for one.
The worst part of this hotel is that it has a tie up with Oyo but they don’t accept prepaid bookings. You need to pay at the hotel only which decreases the discount offers.

Despite all the pros and cons one thing that I can’t stop myself from mentioning is the hotel receptionist/ manager. I am not sure if this receptionist is a manager as well but definitely he is a dedicated person. He is very polite in nature and welcoming with his smiling face. Very Cooperative nature. The surprising thing is that he is available 24 hours. Worth a visit.

Worst hotel.. Worst experience.. Worst behaviour by the reception Manager. I had booked my room via OYO and received confirmation on mail for the booking.. On arrival he denied to give room as he says that i booked on a discount?? What the hell.. U tied up with OYO and OYO gave me discount how can u deny booking. Y u have registered with them then to cancel the customers booking and harras on arrival?? I had already stayed during September and Paid 1100 Rs for the room hence i said ok you can take full amount then he said now the rates are 1800 i cant give u room.. This is hospitality? The way u deal to a repeat customer?? U should have helped me with the room understanding that i have come to stay from a distance and selected your hotel... Never visit guyss...keep ur attitude with u and run your hotel..

Hotel Sparrow is really good hotel to stay and for business meeting. I really enjoyed in Agra in this hotel, food is very good. I love to come again to stay here and will like to come here with family as well.
This Hotel staff is very cooperative.

The room was very dirty and sheets were not changed , even after saying to change them , they didn’t change it. No good service . The whole room was very dirty, no towel, no soap, no paste, nothing was given. The sheets were also sticky. I would nit recommend this hotel to any one, there were other costumers who were complaining about dirty room and dirty sheets.

Very very poor.. we came here after confirmed booking but the rude manager simply denied that room is not available . Never opt for this hotel.. pathetic
