Highly inconvenient rooms. Staff is very arrogant. Staff won't even address a single query of yours. Running water gets depleted quite often. After 10 p.m reception won't even receive your call to give you water. No water cooler. Compromised ACs. No room service. No washroom kit. Improper charging sockets. Unhygienic washrooms.

Only if you have no other option and you are searching for a room to spend just one night then only ever think of coming to this hotel otherwise it will prove to be the best place to ruin your vacation.

This is one of the worst experience we have booked our room and enter time between 3 to 6 but when we reach there the staff refuses to give room because we book from OYO, he has already done its booking offline and apart from all this things he refuses to give any room. I think this hotel don't give any preference to Oyo guest I hope that I n get some satisfied reply. I have its video also when he is talking roughly

I booked the room in advance and payment was also done in advance. When I visited the hotel, they denied to give room and saying they do not have room. While I saw a customer got the room because he paid cash direct to the counter and we paid to Oyo via online.
We (me, wife and our 1 yo daughter) waited 6 hrs on the road while Oyo representative was saying that he is arranging another property. I'll never ever book room via Oyo and I'll ask everyone in my known to not trust on Oyo. You guys have worst customer service support.
I was so helpless that time coz I visited personally the local hotel and there were no rooms available. That's why I booked in advance. The hotel is a fraud guy.
I saw that he has rooms but he denied due to dispute with Oyo. Why you guys have such property online if you have any dispute between.

I was denied a entry as I book through MMT AND THE MANAGER WAS ASKING FOR EXTRA MONEY I BOOKED ROOM IN OFFER BUT THEY DENIED ENTRY AND WERE ONLY OFFERING ME NON AC DIRTY ROOM THEY WERE FORCING ME TO CANCEL MY BOOKING THE MANAGER AND THE staff were rude he was talking as if he wants to get bitten by us . the way he talks someone will trash him upside down. Better change your staff or get your service better.

Worst service, Even more worst in term of cleanliness. No room service, If I had an option i would give negative ratings.

This hotel has the worst service in a city like Varanasi. They wont accept ur oyo booking even though u paid in advance after booking through their own method they won't provide u a clean room,100rs extra for that. No foods available. Its just a lodge with oyo badge. They are just looting oyo but running a private hotel with so many charges. Look for another
hotel .

Very bad experience, dirty rooms, dirty linens. Staff behaviour was also very bad.

Wort place ever to stay because they demanded extra money every time and don't having good room proper bathroom , rude behaviour of staff and worker . Always feel guilty if u book in this hotel
