HOTEL FOUR SEASONS (please dont book our hotel from AGODA )

Ambience and Hospitality - The Ambience was calm, relaxed and attractive. The people working at the place were polite, friendly, helpful. the rooms was nice ,cozy and everything was clean. Had an amazing experience, superb staff and food was excellent . Eco friendly hotel.

The hotel room was small and the location was not that good.
The room and bathroom were clean, AC was working good.
The Hotel staff was very helpful.
The room was definitely overpriced.
I would rate 3.5 overall for the hotel.
I would recommend this hotel If you want a place near the Kashi Vishwanath Mandir and Ghats, but mind you that you the there is a lot or muslim population, so i won't recommend wandering around alone with your wife/fiance.

Overall best experience. Location wise no other Hotel can beat Four Seasons as its in the close vicinity to Baba Vishwanath Temple . Staff is very courteous specially Tabish and Saqib , they go extra mile to help you out fro anything. I will highly recommend this Hotel .

The worst thing here is room maintenance.. they wouldn’t come to clean unless you ask. Good thing is its a new building and wifi is good. Bathrooms are good enough. If you don’t care for maintenance this is good hotel in temple proximity. But the staff continuously ask for tips which is irritating.

Room was good and spacious for 2 people. Everything was neat and cleaned. They had 24hrs supply of water both hot and cold and Electricity. Water was free of cost and they didn't charge any penny for it. They also had electric kettle for making tea. Overall experience was awesome as they offered everything they could.Negative point was their restaurant didn't had much things to feed on.
Comfort and Room.

Nice hotel very near to the ghats and the tourist places . Clean rooms and good ambiance. All staffs are well behaved and very helpful specially Mr shaquib. Will stay next time for sure 😊

bad things - difficult to find hotel in very busy area as it is very inside. Executive rooms are very small 10*12 & no cuboard which makes it even more small to keep your bags.

The rooms were clean, but the staff was quite lazy, the important stuff in the rooms were given but on repetitive calling the staff which can irritate you and spoil your mood. Rest it was fine. It is near Gate no 4 of Kashi Vishwanath Temple, within the market and Dashashwamedha Ghat. The Hotel is good for people who require budget hotels near temple with neat and clean rooms with all the required amenities.
