Hotel Orchid Blu

As per my experience this hotel is the worst in service and in behaviour also these people only making money via misguided the customer and force them to booked 1+1room other hands will never refund the amount.

If u want to change my views for ur service please refund my amount which I have paid online for your room m not agree to facing the loss of 4000 just of your silly excuses!!i want my money back!

Food quality is good . Service is perfect. But they don't have parking facility. Service staff is friendly and presentable Reastaurant manager Kawita is very caring for guests. Front office staff is calm and polite they welcomes to every person. They have function hall also.

according to me this is the worst hotel in services which i had ever booked ,these guys never updated the complete stay information or terms n conditions for booking and if we booked online they addon the unconditional terms with couples(what ever they are friends. Siblings or husband wife) to grab extra money and forced to book the another room with the given permission to stay together if the person is not agree to do this they are not refund the amount as well, so this is my request to all if you are the family person never book any room in this hotel they are doing only money business even given the the offensive reason as well which are relevant to our religion and cast too

Excellent rooms bely midrange exterior of this fine hotel, possibly the best bet in Aligarh, which seems relatively lacking in top-end hotel accommodations. Abha Grand had cancelled at last minute our confirmed booking paid 2 months in advance (see my negative review of them on Google), so our cousins, respected local citizens and business owners, were able to wangle rooms for us at Orchid Blu, and we were very pleased with the result.

Rooms are nice, but mattress are too much soft and spongy, consequently little bit uncomfortable. U can get nice room in approx 2800 INR with complementary breakfast. Breakfast is very nice.

An excellent hotel in Aligarh. Very good, clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent room service. Very helpful and caring staff.

Food is good in terms of taste and quality. Services are good but i feel room size and mattress quality could have been a bit better at this price range.
