Levana Suites

The room was okay and clean however there was no hot water at all and even though I checked with the hotel before checkin about late check-out, they asked me to leave earlier than previously agreed. Also they have a concept of smart rooms with a tab to control room functions and order services, it was not working for me. It kept showing 'room is not checked in' and even after complaining multiple times they said that there was a server issue. I'm not even sure if I was properly checked in or not and who actually got to keep the money or even if it went to the correct authority or not. Will not be staying here again.

From the time we Checked in until we checked out, me and my wife enjoyed every moment at this Hotel.

Located Close to Sikandar Bagh, this hotel connects you to both old and new lucknow within a matter of fifteen minutes.

The Rooms are Better than most 5 star hotels. Comfort levels are very High. the washrooms were Spotless.

Breakfast Buffet is available at Rs 600 and offered between 8-10:30am. Everything tasted great and the servers go above and beyond to ensure the guests are taken care of.

There is also a rooftop restaurant along with a Soundless Club.

The Staff is courteous and Polite that work very Hard to give their guests an unforgettable experience.

We thank the Team of Levana Suites for providing us with a phenomenal experience and ensuring that we take back the best of memories.

This Place has a Vibe of it's own. We were earlier than the check in time, but Ahmed at the reception worked swiftly to ensure that our wait time for limited.

The location is ideal as it connects to both New and Old lucknow. Hazaratganj is a few minutes away, aminabad is ten minutes.

Swiggy delivers almost every famous restaurant at the hotel, including SharmaJi ki chai, prakash kulfi, tunday kababi and more.

The rooms are better than most five star hotels. Comfort level is very High.

The staff is courteous and Hardworking.

Breakfast Buffet is just Outstanding. The flavours are on point and the Servers go above and beyond for their guests.

I loved every moment at the Hotel.

I am very fortunate that we stayed here. The hotel ambiance is very good. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping and room services were provided promptly and the food was amazing. Staff behavior was very good. I think this hotel is the best option for a stay in Lucknow.👍

The location of the hotel is quite good. The interiors of the hotel in general is good. The room I have booked was quite spacious, clean, well maintained, the bathroom was clean. The food i ordered was also pretty nice and tasty. The management team is also incredibly polite. All in all it was a very pleasant stay for me love to visit again and again

This is the Place where you want to go again n again because of all the mentioned qualities, but super supportive staff, their behaviour, their greeting style, super courteous all..

Mr. Sajid Ali is wonderful, his Hosting style, his nature, everything makes this place a best rooftop.

Sajid Ji is the main head person who primarily focus over your orders and give proper instruction to staff..

Pathetic Experience At This Property

1. On check in at 5 pm in evening also needs to wait for more than half hour.

2. After going in the room, bedsheets towels are used , stains are there. It was looking like a third class property, after complaint they changed my room.

3. Phone in the room for connecting with reception, restaurant not working.

4. After every 15/20mins Power in the room getting OFF. After so many complaints and 3/4 times visit of technician also problem didn't got resolved till check out time.

The paneer dish was really delicious with the right blend of spices.
Crispy corn kernels as starters are a must have! The stuffed kulchas were properly baked & delicious.
