OYO 15398 HOTEL THE NEW AVENUE

Good Services. Staff and Management is all courteous, polite and were really grateful that we are coming. We are going again this November and that only because of the staff and services. Basic amenities can be improved and can be of better quality but then rates are also accordingly. We stay with our dogs, so for us, it's one of the best in Aligarh. Thanks team.

I booked a classic oyo room with I'd HTLUSJT77B and paid in advanced. When I reached there they said our classic room is not vacant. You have to upgrade and pay some extra 500 charges. How can a room is filled when I booked and paid in advance? And there is no notice of cancelling my booking. Neither goibibo nor oyo did any help. Worst experience ever

The Hotel Incharge (The Grand Avenue hotel, masoodabad chowraha, near bus stand, Aligarh) explained that he had posted photo of only his best room, hence this will be same picture shown for all categories of rooms. Thanks to Oyo, they offered approx 40% discount including last minute entry price reduction, hence hotel's best room (Rs 1700/-) was quoted to me by oyo to be approximately Rs 1000/- . Incharge offered me a room of same low price that was hotel's lowest category, and said that this is what best you can get in quoted price and that's it I am offering you. I explained him that his best category room has been discounted by oyo to reduced price and hence same higher category room must be given but hotel Incharge denied straightforwardly. These several points are totally against Oyo policies. Oyo must either take action against such frauds or must improvise and provide training to its subcontractors (hotels).

Rooms are not clean but service is nice.

Good hotel for budget. The location is also very good . It is situated in the center of the city, near bus stand and railway station and Exibition ground, room decoration is good. Room is very neat and clean, toilet are needs to improve. This was my second visit in this hotel, now it is going to improve from my last visit. The room service is also very good, I liked tea very much.... Reception guy is also very supportive .....

Very bad staff, no manner of talking, no cleanliness in the rooms and food is also worst. Waste of money, don't go there
