The Opal - Luxury Hotel & Bar in Rampur

Following points of concern

1. Only two small lighting fixtures in the room, minimum four are required for adequate lighting

2. Room size is too small.

3. Wash basin height is very low, much suited for kids or below 5ft height person.

4. Shower operating point doesn't have cap which makes it difficult to operate.

Very good hotel in Rampur.
Comfortable stay.
Ambience is nice.
Around 5km outside the main city.
The staff is very helpful and trained.

However, food quality was not up to the mark for a 4-/5-star hotel.
Morning buffet breakfast is good and it’s better to take a room with buffet for a good deal.

We had requested for twin bed sharing room for 2 persons.But the hotel didn't provide the same and not even informed us in advance.If we were informed, booking would have been cancelled.Room was small for 2 adults with double bed.Food was good as well as service.

Food served is the best compared to all the others restaurants n hotels in rampur. staff is well mannered. the ground floor dining section has the television in it.. free staff just gathers there and is glued to the tv. The two tables just near the kitchen section and facing tv are the worst sitting places as it feels so awkward dining and others gluing to tv just above your head. No calm atmosphere due to TV and nill privacy and the opening and closing of the kitchen section makes it utter nuisance for the once occupying that 4 seater table, I feel seating arrangements have to to be replanned. Else... Opal is the best... We often dine in the third floor kids section which is too good. But the ground floor seat arrangements n privacy concerns did disappoint us

Very best hotel in Rampur...Nice Ambience...Spacious room with luxury facilities...Pleasant & comfortable stay...Staff are well mannered & polite...Service and Food quality was good...Morning buffet breakfast is good...Ample parking space

Room was so congested and smelly. Not satisfied with services as basic aminities were not there. Manager was really nice person with humble attitude. I would recommend this hotel just because of the manager.

Fooding is best in rampur, property is good and well managed,management is good and the most is they keep there quality as they give from start continuously improving

Very bad service.. No hygienic, dirty bedsheets, staff behaviour rude, too much power cut.. All time some noise in the hotel even in the night, you can't sleep well..
